Most likely a fan wall. No anime.

Well here's a number of reasons.

A, when an anime company makes an anime, they dont really put all that much work into making something like that (i.e., background, lighting effects, etc).

B, a fanartist is far more likely to do it because they have more time on their hands.

C, because I backtracked this on internet, and it is just a random anime fanart.
