Improving Wallpapers!

So I decided to transfter all my junk on my old computer to a new one and I found a whole lot of wallpapers inside, some however didn't fit too well to my new 1280x1024 resolution and some are kind of imcomplete
So why don't you guys use your skills and IMPROVE these wallpapers to be better than they are now, I believe all wallpapers can be great once modified
Some things to note first:

1) I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THESE WALLPAPERS
2) If you are the owner of these wallpapers PLEASE let me know if you want to let people modify your work
3) If you decide to modify ANY of these wallpapers, please put in MODIFIED by (your nick) in the WP
4) No animewallpapers.com WP will be posted here
I have forgotten where I got most of the WPs, so if anyone finds that there are being posted on a website, let me know thanks

I will state whats lacking in the WP and the rest is up to your creative mind :D

Ranma ½
WP looks grainy on a 1280 x 1024 resolution(never happened to me using AW's 800x600 WPs)
Background doesn't look right

Problem: WP looks too empty and incomplete

it would be very hard to make these walls look good. why? horrible quality and lack of design. The first one just needs to be completely re-done, the work needed would really not be worth it. The layout is not that bad but the characters are very low res. The second is just.....bad design and very bad extraction.
I say, why dont you make requests instead? So we can work on something with at least more quality than these two and make our time worth it ^^

it looks to me like it's just on the edge of salvageability, so maybe someone with time can do something for CZ_TOH with it.
