i think its too blue, blurry, or grany.....what do u guys think? should i keep it that way or i need some work on it?

i say blurr the lines and text (to blend more with the bg) and remove the glow or change it
but i like the design^^

ok, ive darkened and brighting a little.....and took most of the transparentcy a little.......what ya think now?

she may be a lot clearer but I like the blurry version..cause not that you made it clearer...it is more visible that she is grainy. I suggest you colour her where places are grainy.
