i know the extraction is not done and i surely will have to re-color the chara but i wanted to know already what to change in the layout and design. so?

You stated the problems in the wall already.
Extraction. Colouring (she's very grainy and dull in colour).
Other than that, I like the wall. What are those stuff beside the words "Sakura Taisen"? Something from the anime?

yes its the sakura flower on her kimono (if you look well) so it kind of became a logo, other than that its just sakura petals.
Ill re-color and extract better faster as i can and will come back after ^^

I'd say done but I was wondering if you could try this to see how it looks. Remove the two bars on the top and bottom and put them behind the text instead... Just wondering what'll it'll look like.
The wall's done now though. I'm just wondering. Doesn't matter if you don't want to make one like that.

yup the wall is done. But if you do decide to use the wall that you got rid of the bar and I believe she is kneeling so put a shadow just under her kimono just where she is kneeling.

Theoretically, it's not right since the light on her shows that she's facing the direction of the light. If there's any shadows, it'll be behind her. But what the hey, not many people care about that.
