He was strong. Psyhologically, I mean. Especially at the end, with the whole Zero system deal, he (to me) seemed to be the strongest of them all. I felt he was the only one who really truly mastered the Zero system.

Out of all, I like Heero, Duo and Wufei. Trowa, being his quiet self, is a tad irritating on my part. And I just dislike Quatre....I dun know why...

I know. That's part of why I like her. She's almost nearly forgotten in there, and thus is really mysterious and if one takes her on as say an RP character, they can mold her into whatever the hell they want and still be able to say that she's a cannon character from Gundam Wing! : D Though technically she did play a huge role. Without her the Gundam Pilots would have never gotten Libra's specs.

I'm not a huge Duo fan, but I figure it's time someone gave him some legitimate defense besides just "he's hot".

Duo actually has as tragic a past as any of the other characters in the show. He was an orphan who was constantly being shot at by guards from OZ just for kicks. He has reason to hate the people who starved him and took pot shots at him. Once he finally found a place to belong (The Maxwell Church), the first people to ever care for him were shot because they spoke for peace. He is extremely loyal (he cares for the other pilots, sticks with Heero and WuFei's bad temper, took the name of the one home he had ever known), brave (he pulls stupid stuff to make sure the other pilots are safe, and he has a sense of humor. He is the stealthy one because he never had the training Heero did. And as to being taken out "with one punch", he was trying to go easy on a friend, and Heero didn't return the favor. He also doesn't have (again) the training that Heero does, and Heero knew just how to hit to knock him out. Also, he is the one who is constantly fixing the other pilots' MS, and is one of the best pilots in the series. He just wasn't built for space capabilities was all. Duo is a legitimately strong central figure in the series.

But I will admit that he does look kind of feminine and that his hair's longer by half than mine. In a fanfic, I did make him a female.

But the general idea is that Treize let himself be defeated. Wufei seems to think so at least...

Relena had gone over to Romefeller, and Milliardo happened to start fighting Heero when they each had the other's gundam. They traded back off after the touching little scene in Romefeller where Heero swears (yet again) to kill Relena and Milliardo shoots the gun out of Heero's hand. So when they left, Heero had Wing again, and Zechs took off with Epyon.
