It reminds me a bit of Sailor Moon but the wallpaper is cute!

Maybe it needs a few slight shadows/glows. Experiment!

No, she didn't draw these. You can check out Shakaku though, she does have a couple that are hand drawn so far I think.

try adding a little bit of clouds on the charas feet, so they look like the're
really "stuck" in it. I mean try to cover their feet a bit...humm, again, my explanation is lacking in clarity..sorry :<_<:
