Need Help With This Old Wallpaper

ok, I did this wallpaper a while ago, and I wana change it to look better, couse I think it looks crowded and it needs to be cut more on the edges. :^_^:

any suggestions? :huh:

Maybe monotone that background so the main image sticks out more... or like brighten the background to make it pastelly?

thats penny from inspector gadget!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY inspector gadget is so cool there could be a picture of poop hidden on that picture and it would still be tottaly cool! thats awesome! well the pictures are kinda dirty and weird looking that could be changed but other than that fantastico! (and the extragtion is horrible ^_^v

Yeah, I agree about monotone bg.
And u also should clear a bit the chars edges.

About the wall (thank goodness "he" is not inside), it's too messy, the screenshots at the back are too distracting

ok, Iv played around a little bit sence u guys wanted to be monotone, I think it looks great with it in a diffrent way. what do a guys think now? :D

i think the font is too crispy for the kind of drawing, try a softer one ^^

yeah bu not as swirly, i mean that this font is squary, like Times. you could put somthing like comic sans ms ( putting fonts everyone know so u can understand)

ok, I fixed the text and played around with it more!!!!! couse Id agreed what EternalBlue said, "looks to blah!!!" so Id added more stuff to it!! anyway, I think it looks better then before!!! I added a brush effect on the background, and resized and zoomed the screencap!!!

what do you guys think now? :^_^:

oops, :huh: forgot the "L" sorry, I gotta stop typing to fast!!!! :D anyway the show is sopost to be stupid!!! thats why it makes it funny!!!!!! :^_^: ans also Im a big fan of that show, and did alot of research in the background of it, so I know alot of IG!!!! :^_^:

the only problem that I still see is the ima in the bg...It doesn't has a big resolution..maybe can you add some effects(like painting daubs or other)to it?
anyway a goood work!

I think you should tone down the lines and make the bg opacity down instead of 100%. Since you used red ..red is a bright colour and stands out on it's own. I don't know..i'm not a big fan of red so if you like it that way you don't have change it but an experiment wouldn't hurt..lol Other than that I think it looks pretty good. Good Job. :)

you mean put the lines more transparent? :huh: couse I duuno what ya talking about with the "opacity." couse I dont have a photo program that says that kind of stuff!!! :blink: is there a easy way to tell me insted of fancy words? :^_^: ;

yea it was half Anime (you can tell on penny's eyes and the style) but the other half was french...........i remember downloading the french theme (i thought it was german at first) but penny's theme wes a whole lot better.........it was called little sophie.........nanana nana (something) sophie........i dont know french......but it is a cute song......^_^
