well, I have to say that the thing that calls my attention more is the bar in the bg...
I really like it, I think you should focuses on the green of the central bar for the colors of all the wall(for example...try to find a sakura in a green costume, and give a green hue to the bg and the text.If you don't like the green, just change the color of the bar :^_^:
last things... I don't like too much the font..maybe is too simple(but this is only an opinion :) ).And maybe the sky needs blurring. ;) good job!

It a really cool wallpaper...I like how you made sakura and madison (sorry I don't remember how to spell her japanese name) looks really nice if that kind of style.. what is the style? watercolour? anyways it looks really neat. One suggestion I would like to make and that is try reversing the coloured Sakura the other way...somehow I pictured it to look better in that way...but you don't have too. :)

I like the layout, but i think the green doesn't suit it. the image is pink, so maybe a lighter pink hue. it will match the pink accents and sakura's outfit.

Yea I agree, a pink hue would probably work better. You might want to make the text at the bottom (sig and aw.com) slightly smaller so it fits under the taskbar. Other than that I like it ^^
