I have a correction for Oldies But Happies (here: http://www.animelyrics.com/game/jetsetradiof/oldiesbuthappies.htm). The song is from a game called Jet Set Radio Future, who's soundtrack is blended in radio style, with transitions into each song. I own a copy of the soundtrack to JSRF, and the last line "That's very nice, thank you" is very much either:

Part of 'Birthday Cake' by Cibo MattoMost of myself leans towards option #2, even though the transitional content is cut from the soundtrack.
PS: The song also can be played on a loop in the game,the "That's very nice, thank you" line is not apart of that loop at any point.
