Maybe it's just me, but the bottom half of the wp didnt load.....
Well from what I can see you should probably try to make the pics greyish or monotone so they don't pull attention away from the main pic. Otherwise its not bad ^^

Hm, the borders of the boxes seems to big, try to reduce the size.
And also I think that u should add some shadow behinde the chars.

possible addings/changings:
maybe it would be more fresh if you make another bg, only a white and blue one(the same of the boxes) and some techno-style(you now:lines and boxes and fading.. etc etc)( without texture).and make the font similar to this look.
saturate the image in the boxes only a 50%(or add a light blue hue to the imgs).
enlarge a bit the main pict, or move it a bit to the left...
