Hm, not bad!

But I would make the meters and boxes in the bg a bit transparent. Now they are a bit distracting (the fall out too much).

i might suggest doing something like the bar at the top along the bottom. it seems this wall needs a techish bg (more so than currently)

I think it's very good, however, you need to do some rearrangements. I personally feel that you can have text over the smaller speedometer. Remove the signs at the side cause they look rather redundant.
It's very nice, but move the stuff around till you think they look good

i think if you try to use transparence on some objects it would look very nice

I think it looks pretty good, but the character could be brought out alittle more tho.

On a side note: Here's a thought i had, it involves some color changes tho. Try a white background with translucent blue gauges.

Yea fade the gauges a little and the boxes you don't really need. They look kinda weird to me >_<
