The ONLY thing I would add in this case is some text somewhere that informs people of the series. People most likely won't know this is a Lain wallpaper. Other than that, though, I'd leave it as is. It's very well done.

I would add text, but also make the image a bit larger. With the task bar on the bottom, quite a bit of the image would be cut off.
