do you think i should get rid of the cherry blossums? i thought they helped tye it in with the background, maybe i should get different ones. Well wha do u think?

i dunno, it would look really empty without it. But there not really pretty when there there. And you have to arrange her feet. They are really red(they look bloody)
I think if you add some brushes or make a more busy backgrd id would look better. but good start!^^

I like the cherry blossom petals. They add something to the wallpaper. I don't like the 'Chobits'. I don't think it needs to be there.

I actually think more petals would do some good. The text doesn't have to be there. Try it with out it. Chii looks a little dark. I don't know about her feet looking bloody, but the image could be lighter. Try more petals and a lighter background and see what happens

more petals nd i adjusted the hue, she was yellowish so i made her more pink, i guess to pink :P . Well here it is

hmm, i think the cutout on her hair near the bottom right (where her legs are) is a bit rough - the inside-ish part (great english)

I also think the background is a bit dark, but it gives good contrast towards the main image... and pretty much what everyone else said

Yea the extraction on the insides of her hair could use a bit of work. You might want to vary the sizes/shapes of the sakura petals a bit, and maybe a slightly lighter BG. Other than that good job ^^

you should add more of these things

and with different sizes

it should make it look alot marrier but not untidy

I think you should have some bigger petals flying around and like others said about her hair. Recolor her feet to make it not look bloody. Other than that I think looks great. :)
