no not all the anime is Japanese.the best ones are usually Japanese though

Welcome to AF, Arius_Blackthorn.

Not all anime are Japanese. In fact, the word "anime" (アニメ) in Japanese simply means animation -- Japanese or not. (Yes, even ancient Tom and Jerry is called "anime" in Japan.) However, when the term became spread out of Japan, people didn't realize this fact, and as a result, most non-Japanese people think that "anime" refers to the Japanese style of animation. Anyways, IMHO it's the best style in the world. :3

Follow the rules and try to catch them before they run away XDDD
