one of mine is when the sky island arc ended and the crew landed in the marine place. the exact bit is when zoro and ussop(thats how u spell it i think) r in jail and then the special agent or whatever gets sent to jail as the marine think that he is one of the strawhat crew. the bit that cracks me is when they call him Kondoriano(ain't bothered to search for actual spelling) and the scenes that follow it.

when chopper first joined the crew and luffy was teaching him how to put the chopsticks in his nose. hilarious. and also during the water 7 arc when zoro was asleep and talking to himself and he said "who you callin a morimo?" ....obviously trash talking with sanji in his sleep.
