I was just wondering what people's thoughts on this series are. I have been thinking about watching it, is it worth watching?

The anime is absolute garbage. Not even worth the time to watch the opening sequence.

The manga is good for about 150 chapters before Oh!Greats pulls...well...an Oh!Great.

well to me its was pretty "average good" like its in the higher registers of "average", dont watch the last ep, imagine wat happens next xD (endging is crap)

I personally enjoyed the anime. Depending on your mood and if you're into super neo shonen, then it's worth your time. I tend to like shonen cliches done right. The biggest issue was the cutting down of material. When you take the boobs and the butts out of something that is boobs and butts you're left with about nothing.

I thought the anime was great personally, tho it was a bit too short. Anyways I do recommend reading the manga cause it goes more in depth than the anime.

I haven't seen the anime. But the manga is very good and worth watching. Enought comedy to balance out the serious. I'd say it's deffinitely worth trying.

Thanks for the opinions. I might try watching some episodes online before deciding whether to get the DVDs or not.

The comic makes less sense the further you go in.

That's just how Oh!Great works, unfortunately. The same has happened with everything else he's worked on.

Only read the first 4 volumes of the manga, it was alright. Not brilliant and in some places, I thought it was iffy. Wasn't my cup of tea?

O.O Absolute greatest! I loved it! It was funny, eye-catching, and it always kept you wanting to watch more. Good characteristics to a good anime for me!

I knew you'd say that :P I'd have to agree with Xombii on this. From what I've read, Air Gear is average good. It's not the best I've read but it's not the worst. It just doesnt have enough to keep me interested.

I've recently started watching it and I think its pretty funny. Though I've only watched 4 episodes so I don't know how good of a source I am.

this is anime is average for me , the manga was even the same . . . . not so good .

This show is the worst thing I've seen in a long time. You shouldn't bother with it.. the manga art designs are amazing, but I don't think the story follows up with a good character design.

Meh, I thought it was okay, although I haven't read the manga, a friend told me the manga is way better, but I'm not so sure anymore from what others here are saying...

The anime was like a roller coaster, with the slow parts being.. well slow, and the action parts always ending too soon.
