Never mind! I unlocked Skypiea board 3, yes, by placing 1st with the three CPUs set to very hard. Does beating Skypiea 3, the final board, unlock anything? That is the real question. I can't find anything about it online.
Hope nobody minds this post not being in "Video Games". I just unlocked Skypiea Board 2 on the One Piece: Pirate's Carnival vg for PS2 by placing first with the three CPU players set at difficulty level "Very Hard". Does anyone know the requirements for unlocking Skypiea Board 3? Is it simply place first against "Very Hard" CPUs on board 2? Thought I should check before I try. Thanks!
