What anime ths wallpaper from?

Hi everyone. I am obviously new here :) I was just wondering about this particular wallpaper ive come across in the past couple months. The image was not named, but numbered and the website at the bottom seems to just be a buisness site of some sort so I cant figure out anything about the chr in it. Anyone have an idea?

lol I realize this may seem sarcastic and what not, but its not my intention but I think it comes from cyber girl or cyber city or something like that, if not its probably just a random pic

Well looking at the text, they spelt it Cycber Girl, wich threw me off big time. And ive been to anidb.net and searched for both Cyber/Cycber Girl and no results came back. Cyber City seems to be an OLD anime movie. The art style of it is way different. Not saying this couldnt be it but the girl in the wallpaper just seems she would be way out of place in that anime.

I dont know, if this girl was from an anime series/movie I think it would be a pretty interesting one. Just looks to me like it anyways.

The cyber theme is something that your average wallpaper artist could probably design. It doesn't necessarily have to be from an anime, especially since there's a misspelling.
