Hello all. I found this wallpaper years ago, and the source didn't have any information about what anime it was from. I tried posting about it a while back and some one thought it might be "Comic Party", but I don't think so after having purchased that series. I also don't think it's "Cosplay Complex". I appreciate any help in figuring out what this wallpaper is from...

I say it's definitely comic party, but this seems to be fan art...so the characters look a bit different...hope that helps
