(Nephilim, Zephi)
The dark sunless sky of Thanatos was vast and void as always, a steady breeze blew kicking up some dust from the dirt road. Nephilim clapped her hands together to get the dirt of and the dusted off her clothes.
"Wow I'm running into all sorts of fun times today, first I win that gambling game in the last town and then I run into these muggers. I wonder what's going to happen when I reach Shanrir Town? Maybe I'll see a human! Since it's the closest town to the portal into Thanatos, that'd be exciting!" Nephilim said to herself as she walked away from a pile of three unconcious lesser demon men on the ground.
Zephi had spent the first part of her morning preparing for the events that were to unfold today. She packed the few necessities she would take and grabbed her staff. She said one final prayer before leaving her room in the Holy Order's Temple housing area and made her way to the main Temple.
"Guess I'd better make sure I'm going to the right place...." Zephi reached into the pocket of her coat and pulled out a piece of parchment on it it read, "Dear Zephi Skylark, You have been specailly chosen by the high council of the Holy Order of Eternity to serve the highest priority of the whole of Anriere and travel with other selected persons like yourself to Thanatos, in hopes of finding out more about the mysterious world and the different beings that inhabit it.
Please come to the head temple of the Holy Order of Eternity in the City of Light in two moths. Sincerely, High Priest Syrus."
"Yep yep, this is the right way."she said happily as she put the letter back in her pocket, after a short while she made it there, it was early still and when she looked around she saw no one else that wasn't usually there at this hour. "I guess no one else that is going is here yet." the thought as she sat down in the back of the church and said some quiet prayers while passing the time.
Nephilim's tail swayed back and forth as if dancing to the tune she was humming while walking, before long she made it to Shanrir Town. The town was developed to where it was large for a Town but you couldn't really call it a city, it had a number of multi-floored buldings but nothing to grand. Nephilim walked around looking for the market place.
"For a Town this certainly is big...." she mumbled to herself as she turned a corner and found the market place. it was large and vast with stands and stores everywhere. Demons scurried from street vendor to store clerk trying to get their daily shopping done and out of the way.
"Wow, that's a bit much for a town this size...." she thought as she walked around. A man bumped into her rather hard he turned around and glared.
"Watch it!" he yelled.
"You watch it bub, you're the one that bumped into me!" Nephilim yelled back.
Two other men walked up behind her and smiled, "Hey boss looks like this lil chickedy is fiesty."
"Yeah we should teach her how to talk to men as important as us." the man reffered to as Boss said.
"Back off!" Nephilim said as she jumped up when the boss tried to grab her, she used his head as a kick off stand and flipped in the air and landed on her feet facing all three of the men. The boss stood up and dusted himself off. He waved his hand and the other two men started to run at Nephilim.

"Now Royo today is the day we have waited on. Your duty has been placed before, your mission is just, take care my boy. My the Lord grace be with you."
"Thank you Father."
Royo bowed to the man before him. He was a priest much like Royo himself. Yet his nobility, and devotion to the Lord was unmatched by any. Royo held much respect for this man. He was an excellent mentor, and father figure. Taking Royo in when his parents died, and training him further. All this led up to today. The very day in which Royo's parents were killed. It was crazy. The right hand of justice would rise again, into Thantos where those deemed unpure would be purified. Royo himself would make sure of that.
With his supplies tied tightly around his chest, hangin from his back, and his lance Royo walked from the church, and made his way toward the Holy Order's high temple.

OCC: Kaja is default, Hatori is Royal Blue, and Crine is Gray
Also Hiro and Hatori probably will be together a lot so a post could actually just be them two.
Kaja and Hatori were in their favorite cafe. They had packed up and left earlier because Hatori said they needed to at least drink the cup of joe they liked before they left. Well Hatori liked coffee and Kaja liked tea. Hatori ate an egg sandwich with ham and Kaja was eating a parfait.
"When are you going to eat some meat?" Hatori asked.
"When I can get the image of death out of my mind," Kaja said.
"I'm going to miss this place, I wonder what Thanatos will offer," Hatori said.
Kaja looked around the cafe. He wasn't going to miss it. He'd see what he saw here at Thanatos as well. Like looking at a sketch of a drawing with no finish. Just walking skeletons and there was no color no light. It was like being blind and seeing black, but with walking skeletons. And if he focused enough he could see their damage organs. That was all his eyes were good for seeing damaged organs or damaged bones. His eyes only showed him damage. Or something disgusting like watching a stomach digest, which in the end would make him lose appetite.
"I'm not going to miss anything," Kaja said, "It will all look the same, accept oh big difference demon skeletons...I'll get to see demon wings in pure outline view ooo goody and I cannot wait to watch them digest their raw flesh."
"Are you being sarcastic?" Hatori asked.
"No," Kaja said, "I'm not being sarcastic at all."
"You'll never change," Hatori said.
"You think, why can't I turn it off?" Kaja asked.
"Tell me a bit about it, I mean who's had it in your family," Hatori said.
"Every 3 generations and every 1 of those 3 generations has it stuck like mine," Kaja replied.
"So the last that probably had it stick was your really old almost ancient great of some sort," Hatori said.
"Probably," Kaja said.
"We should head out, or wait I think I might suffer a rare disease you may become a doctor after this," Hatori said.
"Will you cut that out," Kaja said.
"I love when you get loud, don't let anyone else know you're loud,"
"I'm not loud!"
"You prove my point,"
"It's your fault,"

Mesameru Nayami puts his overly sized, six piece sword on his shoulder and sighs, looking around at the sixteen dead bodies cut completely in half.
“Man, this is so boring, no one has given me a fun job in ages. Everything is just go kill this, or go kill that. Nothing even challenging.”
Part of a demon body attempts to get up and Mesameru takes out the on the side of the First Tsrugi and cuts it again.
“Whats sadder, is these guys don't know when to call it quits...” He sighs then slashes in a circle, all the demons catch on fire and disintegrate. He stands in the middle, surrounded by flames, smiling.
* * *
Mesameru arrived in town, and he's throwing a bag up and down and sees a girl flip off some men and more running at her.
“She could probably handle herself, but I might as well step in....man this is going to be a long day isn't it?”
Mesameru Nayami walks next to the girl and holds his sword out towards her.
“Never mess with a girl, don't you guys have any chivalry?”

Nephilim looks up at the man that was aiding her. "Wow I wasn't expecting someone to offer me a hand..." she thought.
"Pfft, whatever we'll catch ya later then, we's got better things to do." the boss said then they all turned around and speed walked off.
"Umm, thank you for that, I really didn't want to cause to much commotion.....and get kicked out of another market place..." she mumbled the last part to herself as she recalled the memory in her head.
"I uh don't ummmm, right, would you like some money for compensation for helping me? Cuz I feel like I owe you a little something now...." she added as she looked up at him.

Mesameru makes a sort of sharp breathing out noise through his teeth smiling.
“That was pathetic...even crime bosses are getting sadder and sadder these days”
He looks over to her and breathes out.
“Another marketplace...you mean this has happened to you before? How much trouble do you cause?”
He puts his hand to his face and sighs.
“Its just to bad they were so weak, I want something to do today, the jobs are getting more and more boring and I'm sick of it.”
He looks down to her and turns around as she asks if she can pay.
“Just consider it a freebie.”
Starts to walk off to a shop

OCC: Maybe not for the squeamish. I had to think of what to put first. Don't worry I won't kill a child, you guys would freak. I know that for sure. But it would so go with the animal like behavior.
Crine held the squealing thing in his hands. Well it wasn't a thing, a fuzzy thing round with a worm like tail. Crine had no word for it other then flesh. And it was this silent contract of what was going to be eaten and what wasn't. Crine placed his fang like teeth into the gray furry creature, his acidic saliva burned and bubbled the flesh and Crine pulled at the flesh so he could continue chewing and eating. Crine wasn't paying attention, in the end why should he. He continued to pull at tendons and flesh until he was finished with the thing. One small pack of flesh and Crine was still hungry. Crine began to do as he usually do at this point in time, fidget his fingers into his mouth as he went onto searching for something better. What maybe no one would understand and maybe Crine didn't understand was why he didn't go after the people around him? The walking people on their cellphones. He stared at the smaller little people, he could have one of those. He was sure it was to taste good.

The morning air was crisp. But in this world there was no real morning. More so to Jace. Time held little meaning. Yet that didn't stop him calling it morning. He stretched his arms and stepped out of his bed. Today was another day. Just one in the endless, in which he would serve and enforce the Overlord’s will. But a demon of his level couldn't simple walk outside a mess. Even if this world was like it was. He shook from the chill of the cold floor on his feet and step into the shower to freshen himself.
After finishing up and dressing in his normal wears he walked out from his room and made his way to the centre room. He passed other enforcers who bowed to him. He had no ego so he merely returned the bow and moved on. His work would be hard but for the Overlord his loyalty unquestionable. He entered the central hall with grace and looked around at the mystical works. Here were the portals to areas in Thanatos. One way things that would get him there but not back. A fast and old method of travel that they couldn't replicate. He looked about and picked his town for the time being. With a quick check of his things he stepped through.
Jace took in his surroundings straight away. The busy streets, the vendors, the customers. All of it. His job now was enforcing the Overlord’s will. As he scanned about he saw some demons being a bother. His keen nose picked them up before his eyes could focus. Low ranked scum they were. Another heavier armed one seemed to appear to protect a young female. Jace viewed as the thugs wondered away. He shook his head.
"Attempting of the crime is as bad as to commit." He muttered to himself solemnly. He waited until they turned from the crowd to an alley. He summoned his power and quick stepped next to the thugs and their boss.
"Crap! The Faceless." One shouted in panic. They all jumped and surrounded Jace. The boss had a grin on his face. He outnumber Jace with his men and he felt he had a chance. They drew large swords and heavy clubs.
"Confidence. It is your downfall." Jace sighed. His drew his Rapier. Compared to their weapons it looked weak but he merely made a solid stance and waited. Two moved at the same time. Jace moved more graceful and one had his throat slit before he could react. The other felt the cold steel pierce his heart before the blood had even left the others throat.
The boss stared in terror. He dropped his sword and began to run. However Jace appeared in front of him and he tripped on himself and fell.
"Please. I'll give you anything. Anything! Please faceless I'm loyal. I Promise." He begged.
"Forgiveness is unknown to the Overlord and so it is unknown to his servants." He drew back his blade. Then came a hollow scream as the blade punched through his skull and out the other side. The body screamed for a few more moments before it realised it was dead. Jace withdrew his blade and wiped it on the thugs’ shirt. Then he sheathed it before stepping out onto the street again. Time was still flowing and he was in the nexus of it. He couldn't stop now.

"....Nothing's free here though......" she mumbled as he walked away, she bowed to his back just to show some form of respect. She looked around to see what shops were where when she saw a man familiar only by rumors and images.
"That's The Faceless....... he's even cuter in person," she thought. She moved through the crowd and got closer to him. She looked down the alley he was near and saw the bodies of the thugs.
"Awww I had hoped to teach them some manners myself later....." she thought. She walked up to Jace and tapped him on the shoulder. "Excuse me sir?" she said trying to get his attention, "Are you familiar with this area, cuz I kinda need help finding my way around." she said as she smiled up at him.

The sun glistened on everything, but the dull surface of Nazeroth's armor was mute the glimmering light. People moved in hectic activity around him but his pace was deliberate and joyless. Under his breath he recited a litany that never escaped the confines of his mask. He would have been lying if he wasn't a little nervous. This would be the first time he, an excommunicated Priest of the Holys, had come to the Holy Temple since the insidents that had led to his estrangement from the priesthood. He hoped that he was not recognized beneath his heavy mask and heathan's garb, after all to return would risk his execution.
It was a risk, but it was a risk he could not avoid. God had come to him, and filled him with a shining clarity of purpose that led him here. Where his armor was dull and dirty from 3 days of nonstop walking, his soul radiated a divine light that those who passed him could not help but see. His gate was both humble and full of pride. Humility of the self, pride of purpose. It was a grace no human could manage but one which only God himself could grant.
He began to approach the temple and as a result changed his stride to something more akin to a dull shuffle. The shuffle of the uninspired laborer. As far as the church knew he was just a mercenary, ignoble and self-absorbed, and he didn't want to contradict that assumption until they were long clear of the Temple.
He arrived at the temple and walked amongst the pews. It was empty, save for a single girl who he didn't want to bother, she seemed to be praying, and as much as he had a personal distaste for the gaudy decor of the High Temple, the reverance of its history was a thing that demanded silence and reverence. He continued to whisper a litany that never left his mouth but otherwise made no motion to pray.

Mesameru looks around and finds nothing of interest. After going around he sees the thugs down on the ground and a figure. He smiles.
“Well, maybe things will get more interesting.”
He starts to walk and sees the girl with him trying to get his attention, then sighs.
“Awww man, are you serious.”
He sighs and then walks in circles looking up with his hands behind his head.
“Do I really wanna bother with this or what...man...”
He stops and just looks across.
“...Screw it...its not like I have much better things to do.”
He starts to walk towards the two, yawning.
“This better be worth it.”

A glorious day indeed it was in the grace of the Almighty. Royo stepped lively through the crowds. Making his way toward the temple. The melody escaping from between his properly shaped lips fading into the livliness of the people. Some noticed the faint sound, some believed it to be a bird. Nevertheless his lips brought forth good well, and blessing, his sound being of the angels. A blessing the ancients believed would bring good fortune, and peace to all that hear it. It was something Royo truly believed in.
The temple was as always. Wonderous. it shined with pruity, and flawless beauty. Royo thanked the Lord from this structure to his will. He prayed for the good fortune for all on this quest.
As he walked he noticed a girl, praying to herself. Royo slowly made his way over to her, and kneeled beside her. Closing his eyes, and began praying. His words came forth clearly, and softly. Majesticly flowing from his mouth. His sriousness apparent as his breathing slowed, and his focus came upon soully praying. He continued to pray for the good fortune of the temple, the people, and all one this quest.

Jace sniffed up as he felt a figure approach. On instinct his hand creeped towards his Rapier. It was common for those who reconised him to try and attack him from behind. But he felt no aura of threat so he let his hand slid by. Instead it landed in his pocket. He turned slowly to the female addressing him. He looked down at the person who wasn't much smaller then him. She had powerful red hair and a gleam in her purple eyes. His face was unchanged however and he stared at her.
"It is not my place to be guiding youngesters around. I enforce laws not tour people around." His voice was set. Though he would love to help the girl but he was on duty and nothing could be done about that.
He sniffed up again. Between the perfumes of the girl and the scents of the other demons he picked up another. However the extra figure did bother him. What was he after? No matter how far away he stood Jace could smell him and feel his impatience. He rested a hand on the girl shoulder. The air around them became dazed. Before she could blink they were both next to the other demon.
"The motion sickness will were off in a moment." He told her with a gentle voice. Most demons he knew suffered some when he moved them outside of time with his power. He looked at this other demon.
"You seem to be hanging around here a bit. Do you know this young one? Or are you here to cause trouble?" He asked, his voice calm. He prepared himself in case that was the truth.

Zephi had just finished her prayer when she noticed a man, unfamiliar to her, she could tell fro mthe feeling in her gut that he was like her, and destined to enter Thanatos on this most beautiful day of days.
She watched him move along the aisle for a moment, "He seems, .....unique....?" she thought to herself. Before a second thought could be given another man sat down and began praying next to her. She smiled when she realized how ferverously he was praying. She listened to his prayer word for word until he was done.
"You are to go to Thanatos on this day as well?" she asked in a soft whisper while looking forward at the statue of an agelic like being carved into a nearby pillar. Despite her usual loudness she held deep respect for the temple and never spoke loudly in it on any ocassion.
She felt bad that the other man was standing by himself though she tried to seem friendly and give of an inviting heir about her but wasn't sure if he'd pick up on it.
"Youngsters?! I'll have you know I'm probably much older than you are!" she said in a joking tone.
In moments they were next to the man she saw earlier and Jace was speaking with him, she was about to say something when she felt dizzy and heard something about motion sickness.
"Ohhhhh I haven't been this dizzy since I last got drunk...." she said as she leaned against a wall. She took in deep reathes to regain her bearings. When the sickness started to go away she started to pay more attention to Jace and the other man.

Royo opened his eyes, and his gazed meet the girls next to him. She was beautiful but her aura seemed so humble, and content. She was truly a being sent by the Lord into Thanatos.
"Yes I am to journey into Thanatos. Would I be so bold as to ask why such a beautiful young women as yourself would travel into this forsaken land."
Royo eyed the girl politly admirring her beauty the question was only to start conversation. Royo was interested in this gril. he wanted to see if she was as he believed. Her pureity was truly apparent yes, but Royo himself had meet a woemn dressed as a nun working as a concubine. Royo turned her in that instant, she disgraced the lords work. She was a truly evil women.

“I don't really know her, I just helped her a little bit ago, which I believe you saw”
He looks at the demon and then the girl.
“Aren't you a little young to be drinking?”
Mesameru laughs a bit then looks at the demon.
“So, you took out the thugs, and you can move as you do, you seem interesting, what are you doing around this area?”

Nazeroth stood apart from the too... what had been something akin to prayer had degenerated into idle chatter. He wanted to reprimand them, but he knew it might provoke a question he didn't want to answer so he just kept his distance and gazed at the light reflecting through the stained glass, intoning the Psalms in unappealing silence.
He wondered to himself when they were going to leave for Thanatos but he decided not to ask allowed.

As Crine's search for food continued he found himself amongst a small crowd around a temple. Still fidgeting with his fingers in his mouth Crine asked nothing nor said anything. Nor was he curious about it. He was just hungry and what Crine wanted, Crine would fine. A bird bathing in the little fountain, an easy snack, but nothing to fill him. But whatever. He was quicker then the bird and he grabbed it by a leg as it tried to fly off. He stared at it for a good moment hungrily, he was waiting for it not to struggle so much. And when it stopped he began to eat it. Would the crowd notice this? Or would the crowd not? Crine realizes most reject and turn away from scum. Crine knew the truth unspokenly.

They were lost, how much more worse could it get. Well Hatori didn't listen to what he had said nor where to go and now they were lost. Kaja stood at the corner of the street arms crossed and lost in frustration.
"So I asked someone for directions and looks like you were correct," Hatori said.
"No duh," Kaja said.
"I had to make sure," Hatori said.
"You're always the same never listening to me,"
"Well how do you know directions if you can't really see..."
"Hatori I remember directions I don't have to see to remember,"
Kaja knew how to get from here to where they needed be and he began to go that way. They got there in time as a small crowd was forming. Well skeletons really, just sticks in the courtyard.

(Sorrel,Rue)
Sorrel at lightning speed looked through shelves, bins, and what ever she could get her hands to find her fathers old log book containing his observations and thoughts on Thanatos's native plants and remedies. She wasn't paying attention when a huge box dropped down on her. She cried out in pain and fell to the floor onto her stomach, cursing under her breath she looked at the revolting box and stood up to kick it. But before she did so she saw that it was open and peered in it to see what she had been looking for.
"Yes! I thought I would never find it in all this junk." She picked up the huge log book and carried it to her rucksack and placed the book in it. She then looked up at the clock on the wall and sighed. Sorrel put her rucksack on her back and ran upstaires out of the basement when she saw her mother standing a few feet from the basment door.
"Mom? Do you need something? I thought you would be at the hospital right now."
"I just wanted to say bye to you before you left." Her motherbegan to tear up a bit. "And I just wanted to make sure to remind you to say hello to your father."
"Oh mom you don't have to worry. I have everything under control and I'll make sure to bring dad back." Sorrel hugged her mom tightly before she pulled back from her and smiled. "I'll see you later mom." She said before she made her way to the door and say one last goodbye.
Sorrel ran as fast as she could to the temple so she wouldn't be late, but she encountered a problem. She had no idea where this temple was since the last time she even came close to it was when her father was still home. She tilted her head to the side trying to concentrate on remembering where it was. A little light bulb went off in her head and she jogged in the direction she remembered the temple being. When a huge building was in her sights she stopped for to place her hand on her knees to catch her breath.
"Is this the place?" She said seeing people grouped together. Looking around further she saw Kaja and Hatori. "I guess this is the place." Walking up she looked at everyone and smiled. "Hey there."
Rue opend her eyes to darkness, rubbing them she stretched her legs and yawned. Tapping on the surface below her she ordered it to wake up.
"Nagi its time to get up now. I'm sure its morning already." Everything started rumbeling and shifting as she was being raised from out of the ground to the surface while being in Nagi's mouth. A couple minutes later everything stopped moving and his mouth opend up to present the world they both called home.
"Good boy." Rue said smiling while she exited his mouth. She turned around and opend her arms. "Come on now Nagi its time to go." He soon shrunk to his small form and hopped into her arms. She looked at the surrounding area and was confident that they were in no danger and started to walk and see where she would end up.

Zephi smiled, "Well, you see every time a group selected for Thanatos is sent there is one person from the branch of the main temple selected to enter and guide the rest of the group, for we have some slight ideas of the set up of Thanatos." she started to explain quietly as she met his gaze. Then she looked up at the stained glass to admire its beauty. "The main temple brach has strong ties by the mind not really telepathy but something unexplainable. With it we can report to the Holy Order main branch leaders and the High Priest. It also helps us know who has died and has not in Thanatos......" she added the last bit in an even more hushed tone than the rest of her speaking.
"I've seen the ceremony to Thanatos so much I can recall it by memory, once the majority of the people summoned for the journey are here the high priest will connect with our minds and hearts and minds. He'll explain that we'll use a portal to get to the entrance of Thanatos, he'll wish us luck, cast a prayer and bid us farewell. A small but important ceremony. Of course that's good because if it were too big the few amount of people who have a distaste for exploring Thanatos would probably show and cause problems....." she finished as more people started to enter the church their faces unknown she looked among them and knew a good deal of them would not survive entering the world of Thanatos, there was a good possibility that she'd be one of the ones that falls during the task as well.
She said a quiet prayer for everyone going on the journey and looked up at the God and Goddess statues in the front of the church they were beautifully carved, surrounded by light candels and cascaded on by the multi colored lights from the stained glass. truly the focal point for the church. "What is your will for us......?" she thought as she gazed at them. Then she looked back at the man, "I'm Zephi, by the way, Zephi Skylark." she stated with a smile.
"Mi'Lord, High Priest Luthanose, a great deal of the requested servants of the God and Goddess chose to enter Thanatos are in the main temple and the others close by. You should proceed to start to connect with them now."a bishop said to a man praying in a small room before a carving to the God and Goddess.
"Thank you," High Priest Luthanose replied calmly. The man left and he looked back up at the carvings' faces for a moment in silence then he closed his eyes and started to focus. He started to form connections with the people individually one by one, the stronger one's would probably realize the connection before all of them were made, it was a somewhat slow but steady process for there was only one High Priest and about fifteen people to connect with at different levels of power, frequency of minds, and physical distance.
Zephi felt a connection form and leaned back her back touched the back of the bench for the first time since she was there. She looked at her hands in her lap for a moment. "It's starting, Ohhhhhh this is so exciting. I just hope I don't screw up guiding the others and reporting back...." she thought then she looked back at the man and smiled again.
Nephilim points at the demon she was accuainted with and said, "No way, I'm 1829 years old, geeze I thought it was common knowledge that batkin don't age after a certain year..... And for your imformation I've been drinking for ages and since when is there a drinking age for demons anyways? You sound like a human, but there's no way you are you'd be so much more intresting if you were." she said mockingly, she stuck her tounge out at him and crossed her arms. She didn't really dislike him it was more of her way of showing that she was somewhat comfortable with the two to tease a little bit.

"And I am Royo Entell. It is nice to meet you."
Royo listened to the girls conversation, and then felt the very connection she was speaking of. The back of his head hummed softly to itself. Making Royo relaxed, and prayer once again slipped from between his lips.
"Good Fortune, and Well-being to all of your creations, Mi Lord. Keep everyone safe, and harm-free. Let us bring forth your well to the best of are abilities. he call on you for protection, and guidance, endurance, and stamina. Keep us in your glory, Ahem."
Royo opened his eyes, and sighed. His body, and attitude were primed, and ready. It was time to go in his mind.

Nazeroth remained standing as he felt a vague, uncomfortable sensation form, in the back of his head. He instantly recoiled against it... not moving but guarding his thoughts behind a wall of meaningless jargon... he wasn't sure what it was but he didn't trust it. He remained vigilant behind his smooth mask of dust-tinged steel as he waited for that ever this sensation forebode to arrive.

“So, you took out the thugs, and you can move as you do, you seem interesting, what are you doing around this area?”
"I am Jace. Enforcer for the Overlord and loyal only to him." He straighten himself. His hand rested down at his hilt and his other behind his back. "Those demons merely disobeyed the rules of the Overlord and were, as it has been instructed, terminated." His face was very passive as he spoke. There was no joy to his work or sorrow. Merely a knowing that it must be done and he was the one to do it. "And now in this moment I was checking that you were not about to break the rules set in place. You had some connection to this girl but if your words are true then it is nothing punishable."
Nephilim points at the demon she was accuainted with and said, "No way, I'm 1829 years old, geeze I thought it was common knowledge that batkin don't age after a certain year.....
Jace listened to the girl ramble on. Talking nonsense about humans and unknown rules. His eyebrow raised as she mentioned her age. She acted no way near the age as she crossed her arms and stuck her tongue out. Jace took the moment to grab it before she could put it back in her mouth. He caught her off guard.
"1829 eh? And you act like a fresh born." A small smile appeared on his face, "But then you are a youngest compared to how long I have lived." He let go off her tongue. He turned his face away from her, "But then time hold different meaning to me." He said, almost to himself but loud enough that it sounded like it was too her.
He then regained his composure and looked at both the demons.
"Unless you have something important to tell me then I believe I will leave you two alone. It isn't my place nor job to get in the way of a bickering....couple." He added the last word with a smile.

Nephilim was going to protest how she could take on this guy any day but she decided to be silent after she noticed a shifting in the wind. She blushed after Jace released her tounge and turned away from her. "He's so.... awesome!" she thought, then she regained her composure and said, "I act my age perfectly well for a batkin you're just holding my up to another race's stereotype for aging, and if you are reffering to acting mature all knowing, I can be when the situation demands it." she states as she thinks back on the muggers she ran into on the way to Shanrir.
"All though I guess he's right that I am somewhat immature if I'm crushing on him like this, stupid fangirlishhness." she scolded herself as she started to ramble off into her thoughts.
She fell back into her usual defensive mode when Jace jested about her and the other demon being a couple. "Nah we're not a couple, he isn't my type...." she said with an erie calm in her voice. That's how she always was when she got defensive, she knew if she were to deny it too harshly it would seem like she is guilty of what ever she is accused of.
She shifted the subject, "Hey Faceless, isn't it around the time when humans usualy try to come here in a large group? The window shoul still go on for about another week right? Or do you high ups not keep track of things like that?" she asked with more of a curious tone than a sarcastic one.
A wind blew strong and unbroken by the objects infront of it. It brought he feeling of new comings and events that were going to unfold soon. "Yeah, I'm sure of it....." she mumbled to herself.
Luthanose spoke to Zephi through her mind connection with him specifically. "It won't be long until you will all depart young Zephi. Before you do I have a task for you that needs to be done. Go to the courtyard, there is a demon there he doesn't seem to be harmful to humans, but there is and odd prescence about him, I'm putting him in your charge and would like for you to take him with you to Thanatos. I must return to connecting with the others now." he spoke in his gentle calm tone.
Zephi nodded to herself and stood up, She gave a bow towards the statues of the God and Goddess and then turned to Royo, "I have something that has to be done before we leave, you can come along if you like, if not it won't take long..... or atleast it shouldn't," she added the last part uneasily then she bowed to himand walked to the aisle and out of the temple.
"Where are you.......?" she said aloud to herself. She looked around the courtyard and was a boy that seemed about her age hunched over near the one of the smaller fountains. She walked over quietly and smiled as her usualy friendly harmless aura started to return to her.
She kneeled down next to him and wrapped her arms around her knees. "Hi there!" she said to him her happy peppy tone back in her voice. She made note of the blood around his lips and the feathers and boned on the ground. "Awwww he must be hungry if he's eating birds...." she thought, she kept her smile up and asked, "Are you hungry?"

Sorrel took her time looking over everyone more closely trying to gauge the type of people she would be joining. She was very intirested in every single one of them. They were all very different and very strange. "Well I'm not all that ordinary myself." She thought. There was one girl in particular that struck her as someone she could quickly befirend so she wouldn't feel so out of place. But she watched the girl she was thinking about walk over to a strange boy by the fountain.
"Hmmm... Is he in the group?" Curiosity getting the best of her like in always does she quietly walked over in their direction and hid behind a pillar to watch and listen to him. "I know I shouldn't spy like this but I just can't help it." She said quietly to herself while remembering how many times her mother scolded for the very act she was commiting
Rue walking straight and humming merrily to herself while ignoring demons that wandered by, staring at her for god knows what. She was quite accustomed to it by now but she was sure others weren't. It wasn't everyday you saw a cheerful girl her age and non the less a human walking around Thantos with a pumpkin in her arms. She was lost in her thought trying to remeber if there was a town nearby.
"I know there is one around her somewhere. I just can't remember where it is." She said aloud.
"Chu" Nagi replied.
"Nagi, its not in the east because we are coming from that direction right now." Rue sighed and stopped for a moment to look aroud the area.

Crine stared at the person crossing her arms around her knees. Crine went back to the water fountain and cup his hand and began to drink some of the fountain water. He was a bit messy, but whatever worked he supposed. Crine didn't speak nor understand for the most fact of the matter people. He stared at the person one more time before he decided he would walk off. He was still hungry, these were such tiny things. He missed whatever they fed him at the labs. He couldn't even find the labs. He was kind of lost so instead he turned around and stared at the girl. He placed his fingers in his mouth again and began to fiddle his fingers in his mouth the way he would. Would she be able to help him without him saying a word? Crine took his free hand and grabbed the pin on his uniform and he gave it to her. But he kept his hand out to say he wanted it back. Is this what she is asking? Maybe she wanted to know if he was lost.

She grabbed his hand and started to lead him off out of the courtyard. "Food stands are on the street just next to the temple grounds so it shouldn't take long to get you something!" she aded as they started to walk towards the gate out of the temple grounds.
They passed the tree a girl was hiding behind, Zephi could tell she was watching them so she stopped for a moment. "Do you wanna come with us?" she asked as she pooped her head around the tree and looked at the girl. (Sorrel)
She kept holding onto the boys hand it wasn't a strong controling grip just one to show she was going to lead him to food soon.
"We are going to get some food and you're welcome to come along!" she added in her happy tone trying to be as friendly as possible.

She put her hand down and tilted her head slightly to the side looking at the boy and girl she was spyingon just a moment. He seemed some what foreign to her but that sparked her intest in him even more. The girl that invited her to go get some food seemed very kind and friendly.
"Oh by the way my name is Sorrel... Sorrel Madera." She said smiling.

Sorrel didn't know why the pin looked familiar but she knew she had to have come in contact with it to be this familiar with it.
"I'm sorry I can't help you with this. But I'm sure we can find someone who might know." she said, smiling. She felt bad for not being able to help him with his problem. But since she couldn't remember where she had seen the pin there was no way she could help him anyway.

If that was true then could this event be the one that is cutting them off. If humans were coming he would have been informed so that he was prepared for trouble. He looked at the girl again. He would see what she knew and stay around her long enough to find out what he could. Besides hanging near a cute demon wouldn't be bad for a change.

Zephi smiled and sai, "I'm Zephi pleased to meet you Sorrel." then the boy handed Sorrel the pin, she didn't seem to be able to help him much more than Zephi could.
"Well don't feel too bad, I couldn't help either." she said comfortingly as they walked off. Then a man walked up to them as they had just left the gates of the temple. "Medical services? ....Shouldn't you slow down and give us your name before you start a long conversation, it's kinda rude not to," Zephi stated with a smile on her face. Then Sorrel started talking to him like she knew him or atleast of him so she backed off a bit. Then another person walked up and intruded on them saying something about a cafe'. "Whats with all the nosy people today?" she thought to herself. "We're just going to a nearby food stand as we are pressed for time thank you though." she said politely. "I'm going to go on ahead," she said looking at Sorrel then she turned to Hatori and said, "You are welcome to join us if you like." she looked at the woman that just walked up, she didn't like the heir about her or how overly dressed she was, she indulged too much into greed from what she could see. Still she smiled at her, then bowed to all of them and started to lead the man to a food stand.
"Let see.....,he's a guy who likes meat........" she thought as she looked at the menu, then she ordered something she thought he might like and paid the vendor. "I do have things to do but I believe it would be better if we stay closed for now. If humans are coming as you said then it would do some good to have some to watch your back now wouldn't it?"
He took a look around. Then he took a deep breath. Nothing felt out of place. The number of demons around was the same and no scents were unplaceable. That meant humans hadn't started appearing now. Crine took the hotdog he had been given and began to eat it. But the same as always he was well very messy with it. For the most part it almost look like a very uncomfortable form of deep throating a hot dog and it's bun. The grease was being smeared across his lips for the most part and he was making a mess of his face too. The acidic base of his saliva wasn't making his case any less messy and any less uncomfortable for people to watch. As the hot dog seemed to shrivel and die for the part that was in his mouth. What made it worse was the smearing wasn't helping him take bites either.

How on earth could this group of people be summoned to explore her homeland? It was illogical to her. She sighed and decided to follow the group and take them down if they were exploring the portal to Thanatos today.
Taking a risk, she approached the food stand with a smile. "Um.. do you have sweets here?"

He was better off dead the little demon. Royo didn't trust him. He was right to. he was a demon from Thanatos. Could be sent to gain information, and return it to his allies on the other side.
"I am Royo Entell. Pleased to meet you."
With that Royo retreated to behind Zephi. Taking her flank. He bowed in respect to Sorrea, and even the new addition, momo. Hatori finished drinking his soda and smiled at Kaja.
"I think he's one of Via Tec's experiments," Hatori said, "Would explain the lack of speech the insane food choices, and the extreme hunger...and if that is the case then he'll need about six meals a day, yeah I read up on these creatures and they eat about six meals a day."
Kaja stared at Hatori with wide eyes.
"Six meals, you have to be kidding," Kaja said.
"I'm not," Hatori said, "I don't think he should going to Thanatos with us...we don't really know how to properly care for something on that scale, we're a group of people going to a foreign place for the first time and he's a foreign part of the group."
"But he thinks we are foreign too I'm sure," Kaja said, "He's not sure what to do, how to say it, how to express it."
Hatori ruffled Kaja's hair.
"He needs to be somewhere safe," Hatori said, "I'm going to talk to the girl."

Kaja stared at the collection of skeletons. Some were different, but most stayed the same. He wondered why he was even going to Thanatos. He couldn't see. He wasn't much help unless someone got sick or hurt. And who knows this may be the safest trip in the whole wide world. It reminded of Kaja when he went to Cuba with Hatori's wife and Hatori. They talked about the beautiful ocean, something only Kaja could hear, and the wonderful sky. And all Kaja could see was the outline of what was in the sea the fish skeletons and the swimming whatever. And the sky was filled with flying skeletons and outlines of planes. What was the purpose of this trip? He quietly asked himself.

She stayed quiet and ate her chocolate in peace. However she closely watched the human girl. Everyone in the group looked innocent, as if they had good hearts. What could Taralyn do to be accepted and trusted to them?
She kept her eyes on the girl and began to think about whether to approach her so she could at least join the group.
'She's just a human...' she didn't like to associate with humans but began to consider it.

Sorrel watched the man Ryo introduce himself and she did the same but she became quite aggrivated when he said foresaken one. "Who does he think he is saying stuff like that to someone he doesn't even know." She went back to her previous activity of wiping Crine's mouth as he stared at her and she began to feel uncomfortable about it, but she contuned to clean him up and soon finished. He soon after began to stare at Hatori and licked his lips. She looked over at Hatori and saw he was holding a drink so she put two and two together.
"Are you thirsty?" She too his silence as a yes since he couldn't do anything else. "I'll be right back." Sorrel went and bought a drink from a vendors stand and came back with a lemonaide. "I hope you like it" She said handing it to Crine.

Zephi stared in wonder as he ate then smiled when Sorrel did the same thing she would have and cleaned him up. "Let's see......" She mumbled as she flashed back to when the glanced at his pin she remembered turning it over and seeing and engraving but not reading it. "Crine?" she asked aloud. "Your name is Crine?" she wanted to go on but then Hatori called out to her she was about to get up and walk to meet him halfway when all at once they all heard the voice of High priest Luthanose.
"Good day everyone, I thank you all for showing up, as you all know you are here to aid us in the journey to uncovering the mystery of Thanatos. In that world you will not survive unless you all work together and aid eachother as much as possible. You will do your best you can also to represent humans in the world of Thanatos, hopefully we will be able to bring peace between ourselves and the demons with all of your help." he stated.
"All of you are a crucial part to his journey and you have all been told what that part is in your letter, but most of you know little to nothing of Thanatos, so I have entrusted a young priest from this very temple to help guide you with what she knows. It may be hard but please keep faith in eachother and in yourslves." he finished his speech and with that a prayer was cast over all of them. "Now please proceed to the door way of the main temple there your guide will help me open the portal that will take you to the entrance of Thanatos." he stated.
"Crud that's me!" Zephi stated as she jumped up, 'C'mon you guys!" she said as she grabbed Crine's hand and ran towards the temple, soon they made it in the gates and were at the door way to the main temple.
Zephi caught her breathe then stoop up straight. "Right!" she said with determination in her voice. She grabbed her staff and pointed it at a gem embeded into the door way. In their heads everyone could hear Luthanose chanting something in the holy language. A white and purple aura encased the gem in the door way and Zephi's staff. Small bolts that seemed like lightning started to spark and shoot down from the gem to the ground of the door way. At first they were random then they slowed in the center and then spread apart and the portal was open, and so with that the people started to enter the portal.
"See you guys at the entrance to Thanatos!" Zephi said as she grabbed Crine's hand again, she smiled at him reassurngly hoping that he would understand he would not be hurt in any way by this, and then she stepped through. She walked out the other side and looked around to see the familiar wall of the Ether Ruins infront of them. "Soon we will be in Thanatos, she thought as she saw some of the people charge forward and the disappeared as soon as they passed the gates of the ruins.
Nephilim looked at Jace, "What? I uh," she was drawing a blank on what she had came to the market for, she wasn't expecting him to actually ask her what she needed. "Oh yeah! I need Siren Thread! I'm hoping that there will be a tailoring shop here that will sell it." she stated as she looked at Jace and smiled.
"That's right I came here because I need to change the strings on my harp soon. Can't be a successful muse without the proper tools." she thought. She was about to walk away when The familir for of the famous Avatar of Chaos appeared. Unlike Jace she was somewhat intimidated by Raven, but she hid it well behind her calm defense.

Nazeroth remained in the sepulchre as he waited for the door to open to Thanatos. Eventually, the girl from before returned from outside and proceeded with the ritual. Nazeroth adjusted his armor and mask as he waited in mute calm. When the door opened, he was the first to step throught the gate into the dark, nebulous beyond.

OOC: I'm sorry for being late, I was tired, long night, trying to catch up, again, sorry!!!
He laughed loudly "I'm just saying it because of how you look and to mess with you..." He grinned "You gave the reaction I certainly thought you would."
Mesameru grinned more as he spoke. "Well I would certainly hope not, I just dow hat I'm hired to do, otherwise I do whatever I want.
"Unless you have something important to tell me then I believe I will leave you two alone. It isn't my place nor job to get in the way of a bickering....couple." He added the last word with a smile.
He looked at Jace, then the girl, and started to burst out laughing uncontrollably. "YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! Besides," Calming down the laughter a bit. "she's probably much more interested in YOU." Grinning widely.
"You!" He said suddenly making the demon jump. "Stay with me will you? I think we should stay together." He asked her, "What is your name by the way?"
Looked at the shouting demon and raised his brow, then yawned. He thought "Great...humans....maybe I should just leave this group alone to this...they seem to be ignoring me at this point anyway." As he said this he started to walk away.

Sorrel quickly followed behind Zephi and Crine but when they walked through the portal but she suddenly stopped. This was the defining moment in her life. With walking through this portal she would search for her father while trying to bring humans and demons together. In all honesty she was very afraid since she might not even make it back home like a good portion of the people going to Thanatos. Sorrel looked back at all her accomplishments and goals she finished and the accomplishments and goals she wouldn't be able to finish if she didn't return.
"I have to do this for me... and my mother." She took a deep breath and stepped through the portal to soon be greeted with the sight of Zeohi and Crine standing a few feet away from her. This was it she couldn't go back now and deep down in her heart she didn't want to because she new she had to finish her buisness here before she ever considered going back home.
Nagi began to fidget in Rue's arms. "Whats wrong Nagi? Are you hungry or something?" He began to sqirm more and more till he dropped out of Rue's arms. A burst of light soon appeard in the sky coming from the direction of the old ruins.
"Has it been five years already?" She said while gazing up at the light coming from the portal that was miles and miles away. I hope they don't cause to much trouble while they are here. It would be quite troublesome if they did.
"Come on Nagi lets get out of here." Rue said while extending her arms to Nagi wanting to return to his previous position. He jumped up in her arms and snuggled up to her. They soon began to walk in the opposite direction of the portal since they wanted nothing to do with the humans entering the world.

Crine was dragged into yet another world he had never been too. He was surprised nearly shock. It reminded him of the incident 3 months ago when he went to the bathroom at the labs. He went through the wrong door and found himself in a bustling city he didn't understand. It frightened him slightly because he didn't understand. He began to look around almost trying to gain a sense of bearing or trying to understand it all. If he could, but he couldn't, he would be beyond the verge of tears. He was very confused at this moment.
^^^^^^^^^^^^
Hatori stared at the gate, he was to go before Kaja. He had to do this for his wife and his new child. Of course that was 7 months away, he had to do this and get back in time to see his child be born. He was glad it was time to leave only when his wife was 2 months. He wouldn't have taken the opportunity any other way. He stepped through the gate to only see ruins and he smiled at the small group that had been forming as they all huddle into the gate and out again.
This was a moment in his life he shouldn't forget.
^^^^^^^^^^^
Kaja sighed stared at the gate. He was unpleased and not really excited. But then he decided to play a little hope game, when he opens his eyes again he'll see a world and not some black screen etch a sketch. He went through the gate to be sorely disappointed as he saw yet another world with lines and sketching. He hated it already. Some bogus trip he had been dragged along into.
"This blows," Kaja mumbled.

Taralyn gazed up ahead and stared at the portal opening into Thanatos. Better now than never.
She hiked up to the group and, accepting any response, yelled, "You're the ones that were summoned to Thanatos?" Unacceptable. What could she do now?
"... can I join you?" her voice was light and airy, like an innocent child's. "Um..." she fell into silence and stared at the many faces that were in front of the portal to her world.

Zephi smiled as they made it throught the gates of the Ruins of Ether and into Thanatos. They came out the other side into Thanatos and Zephi fell to her knees, releasing Crine's hand, and fought back the urge to throw up. The portal to thanatos was extremely taxing, not a lot of peple were there as a matter of fact none were other than herself and the man she had seen earlier stading alont in the temple, and Crine. She expected the others to get there in a few moments, she knew in her gut that Sorrel would make it through fine.
She looked over at Crine who looked like he was on the verge of tears, she took a few deep breathes before standing up and stumbling over to him, her balance was still trhown off a bit and the air in this world was still hard for her to breathe.
She hugged him and said, "Calm down it's okay, if Luthanose wanted me to bring you here then there's something we can do for eachother, I know you won't talk back and you might not even understand, but I'm going to make sure you are safe while you are in my charge." she said comfortingly as she held him.
She then stood up again and grabbed his hand, her balance was still a littl off but she made it over to the man, and smiled at him, "Hi I'm Zephi, I guess we'll be working together from here on out! This is Crine, he doesn't talk though." she said introducing Crine and herself to the man. (Nzaeroth)
Nephilim's wings and tail twitched as the wind shifted, nothing had seemed to change in the close vacinity but she could tell that something grand had happened. "They're here," she mumbled to herself so quietly that she even barely heard it.
"This is the closest city to where the humans are said to appear so they should get here before night fall." she thought as she looked back and Jace and Raven. She didn't trust Raven and tried to make it look like nothing had just phased her.

OOC: Sorry, didn't read back to this. @_@ I'm seriously disoreinted
Back in the realm of Demons. Raven, the Avatar of Chaos, stood in the crowd of people. Watching Jace's every move. The Enforcer was truly young, as Raven called him sonny on more then one occation. Raven did respect the man power yet didn't approve of his methods. Information was key yet Jace seemed to ikill more then he learned.
"All a part of being young I suppose."
Raven simply smiled his crooked grin under his hood, and disappeared into the crowd. Down bside the markets, and through the hordes of demons. Soon Raven found himself before Jace. His hood hiding his eyes. He poke slowly, and clearly to souly Jace. No one else's problems or concern.
"Progress Report for his highness. He hasn;t heard from you in some time Jace. You should check in."
Raven eyed the girl once before focusing on the demon male not far behind. The three of them seemed to make a wonderful family, ha, as if he cared. HIs mission was set Jace's was the one that ran around doing the "dirty work". Raven only worked with this person because the Overload saw potential in the allyship of the both of them. His two greastest tools. Yet Raven didn't believe in Jace's abilities, and skills. He was young in his mind, his body was old, not as old as Raven's, yet old enough to have some form of maturity, and nobility. Raven failed to see it. A weapon true, and true.
Mesameru turned and saw the new demon and walked back.
"If I end up having to keep doing this, I'mma seem rather indecisive." He said with a sigh.
Nephilim's wings and tail twitched as the wind shifted, nothing had seemed to change in the close vacinity but she could tell that something grand had happened. "They're here," she mumbled to herself so quietly that she even barely heard it.

Mesameru looked at the girl as her tail twiched.
"Hey, tell me, how interesting will things get with these...humans...coming onto the board?"

Nazeroth was unphased by the transition, sure there was so much swirling around him that he didn't understand, but that didn't matter. If he didn't understand, then it was something that God did not want him to understand, and as long as he knew that, everything else was meaningless. He was without curiosity, or drive to do more than what he was told to do by God. So he stood with his shield up, looking over the horizon of Thanatos.
Just then he was interupted by an exclamation, one of greeting in this case and he turned his masked face to the girl, he bowed to them, "Hello Mrs. Zephi and Mr Crine. This pitiful one's name is Aaront Night. Is there something you wish this one to do for you? Or are you adequately provided for?"

Royo stood solid as they were blessed. He two praying for there well-being, and success into the unknown. As the portal was opened Royo noticed for the first time a suit of armor. Dull in it's complection yet holy, and graceful at best. A devestating ally to have. Royo would fell the burning determination of one who was sent by God into this land. He even felt slightly more confident when around him. He only smiled, and blessed the lord for an ally as this. And then jumped into the portal.
****Twelve Years Ago****
"Now Royo you best make haste to the courtyard. Your late for your morning training sessions."
The young Royo rolled out of bed with a head of messy hair. "Sure, Sure, I'm up." The young boy walked into his bathroom. Looking at himself in the mirror, and sighing. Morning training sessions. Those he was set to spar against were no where near his level. Yet everyone said he should do it so ALL of are brothers could become stronger. Only through teamwork could they survive. So Royo did it. Beating them everytime, but still giving thanks. They said the Lord would bless him for his kind, and hard-working nature. Royo himself blessed God for giving him the skill he needed to become the Justice's Right Hand.
Today would be no different.
"Gud, of you to join, eh Royo???"
Royo stepped out covered in the white training uniforms they wore. They were like robes but fit tightly around the body, they moved with the body, and seemed to be weightless. Royo enjoyed practicing in them.
"Now first up. Royo vs Claux"
"Eh, Royo? Guess it's your Lucky day? You get to spar against ME first."
"Then your day must be absolutly terrible."
Royo squared up with the taller lad. His arms were slightly longer but his feet were wide. He was quite heavy handed, and could stand being beaten. Much like Royo. The young man came with a sweep kick, only to have Royo jump, and punch him directly in the nose.....he backed back.
"Nice Work. Let's see you do it again."
"....Duh..."
The lad came again. Preforming a cartwheel, much to Royo amusment, and then a double handed front flip. He gained the height adavantage yet left himself open. Royo leaned back, and placed both hands on the ground. Swinging his body backwards, and in backflip, and kicking the boy right in the.....palm of his hand??? Royo felt the world turn upside down, and then felt the hard cool gorund of the courtyard.
"Get up......"
Royo growled with frustration, and disappointment. Someone like this kid had tried to get with him. The arrogant lad got lucky. It wouldn't happen again.
Royo charged forward jumping, and kicking forward aiming for his chin. The boy rolled to the right, and spinned to his feet, just as Royo landed. Then the proceeded to throw a fleet of punchs, and kicks, flips, and spins. Either one gaining the upper hand on the other. And then it happened. Royo dodged a kcik from the lad, and sweep kicked him. Spinning on his hands he placed to powerful kicks on the boys waist, and chest, lifting him into the air a good 8 or so feet. Royo pushed up with his two hands, and spinned drilling into the boy's chest, and throwing him back 15 or so yards. Ko'ed.
****Back to Action****
Royo came spinning out of the portal, and catching himself on a tree branch slipping down it, and to the ground where he stopped, and caught his breath. What a wild ride. Royo grinned silently to himself under his hat, and looked up for the first time. Looking at the forsaken land. Finding the suit of armor, and the young priestess not far away. He ran to them with his hat covering his eyes, he still felt a little sick from the ride and didn't want to show it.
"Are you both ok. And it is an honor to meet you Divine Knight. I will not as you your name is it is apparent that yur wish to keep that to yourself. I will althought tell you mine. I am Royo Entell, and It is my honor to work beside you on this quest the Lord has given us."
Royo then proceeded to pass by him, and went over to Zephi, making sure she was ok. "Are you hurt??"

"This guy is gonna get me in major trouble at this rate." she thought as she glanced from one demon to the next. "And this isn't suspicous looking at all, four demons in a dark alley secluded from everyone else...." she added to her thoughts.
Zephi looked up at Aaront and smiled again, "No, at the moment I really have nothing to do or anything specific to assign until everyone that can handle the transition from Anriere to Thanatos had arrived. I was just introducing myself," she explained to him.
Then Royo ran over to her, "I'm fine just a little taxed from the journey here,"she stated and flashed him a sweet smile. "Are you both alright?" she asked, concerned for their well being.

A quick sniff into the air told Jace all he needed to know. It wasn't want he wanted. He turned to face Raven as he approached. Jace placed himself between Nephilim and Raven. He hated how Raven looked down on him. Even without his keen senses he could tell. Why didn't the idiot just except him instead of looking at him like a weapon that has lost its use?
"I've been unable to get in touch with the Overlord. I'm not sure why. But I think it has something to do with the portal to the human world." He answered him.
He turned to face the other demon, whoms name he still didn't know.
"If humans are here now then I am late in acting." He regretted getting caught up with this right now. It would make him look worse. He shot a look back at Nephilim.
"Forgive me." He muttered silently to her. He looked back at Raven.
"I have to leave now then." He gave a short bow of respect and vanished from them.
He reappeared far enough away. For a brief moment he clutched his heart. Slowing down time to such an amount was draining to say the least. but he breathed deep and set off. He would have to be the first to inspect the threat of those humans. It was his duty. Well what he told himself but anything to be away from Raven and those judging eyes. He regretted leaving behind Nephilim. He pushed those toughts from his mind. Never before had he been distracted like this. He wasn't going to let in continue.

Sorrel looked back to Zephi talking to two men and one of them being that jerk from earlier that introduced himself to her and spoke in such a rude manner to say that someone was foresakken. "As you wish, master" Nazeroth said with a bow, clasping his shield diligently. He was wearing the air of a diligent though apathetic mercenary. His voice was polite but without intent or meaning behind it. It was dull... listless, undreaming and undreamed. It was a voice of stubborn clinging to a world it did not desire. He knew the voice all to well, had heard it a million times before, the voice of a man lacking divine will.

Crine stared at the girl talking to him. He placed his finger in his mouth, of course he had his gloves, but still. It was something he did a lot, it was almost a habit to fidget the finger in his mouth. Not even suck on it. Just wiggle it around. Crine pointed with his other hand to the newer sky and to the newer ruins. Everything was new when he was already new to the other thing. He pointed to the people. No one would understand the unspoken question of this creature. There was no bustle to this world and no hustle it seemed so quiet and still. He wondered if she would understand that. He wondered if he even understood it.

Crine didn't no any other behaviors. In the labs everyone was assigned a name and then worked like drones. He wasn't sure what she was saying, but copying behavior from Zephi earlier he hugged Sorrel. He had no clue what she had just said either and he hugged her as if he understood. He didn't even understand if he understood. But he tried to understand. He stared at her with a curious expression. And took his hand to fix her hair, the way he did with his other bunk mates.

Raven only turned his head to the side, and narrowed his eyes. Two white wings slowly spread from his back, and off he was into the air. No matter the time stopping jace could use his aura was something Raven had grown accustomed to. He tracked it down with ease, as it wasn;t as far as he thought. He came to a flapping hault a few yards from the ruins. Eyeing a group of demons. he was well hidden from there view, and only watched from a distance. What he saw way a young boy holding a cross talking.
"What would you call this place?? Hell Maybe?? Most certainly not Heaven I cnt stand being here. But God's tasks must be done as instructed." Royo sighed aloud, and then began to look around. This place brought death, and sorrow with it.

Sorrel was speechless and blushed a light shade red. She never was this close to a boy before except for her father when she was younger and even though this boy wasn't her father she actually felt some comfort in this action. But when he fixed her hair she blushed a darker shade of red since she still wasn't use to this kind of contact besides with her father.
"Ummm... Thank you Crine thats very sweet of you." Sorrel didn't know what do besides to hug him back so she did. This was really one of the weirdest boys she have ever met. Never in her life has someone randomly given her hug.
Rue felt the presence of the humans entering from the portal followed by the ones of demons curious of what was going on lurking towards the ruins.
"I'm happy that we decided to avoid those dreaded ruins. All that will follow with thos humans arrival is misfortune and death. But its funny if humans like my parents weren't so curious as to what goes on in Thanatos I wouldn't be here. "Its funny how things work out, right Nagi?" She asked giggleing to herself.
"Chu.."Nagi replied.
"What do you mean by that?" Rue said offended. "I'll make you into stew if you ever say that again.

Mesameru laughed at the girl's stare and looked at the other two figures smiling, watching "The Faceless" disappear quickly, then looked at the portal.
"So, are these humans going to bring any interest to this realm or what?" Asking neither of them in particular.
He put both his hands behind his head and watched the other demon fly off.
"Man, seems like everyone just comes and goes quickly, and we haven't even began to have fun." He laughed harshly. "I hope these humans bring SOME sort of excitement, I'm getting rather bored of this place."

Crine begin to braid Sorrel's hair the only thing and the only form of expression he could do. She had hugged him, so now he understood arm wraps were okay. Crine continued braiding Sorrel's hair until he decided that he liked it the way it was now. He stared at her, hoping she understand look. To look at herself in the mirror with her latest hairstyle.

Sorrel enjoyed Crine playing with her hair it brought a sense of peace to her for some reason. When he was finished she touched her to realize that it was a braid. She looked at Crine to gauge what he was thinking. he looked a bit excited and she thought maybe it was so she can see how it turned out. Sorrel then to off her rucksack and began to runnage through to find something with a reflective surface. She smiled in triumph and pulled out a metal container to look at herself in it. Sorrel looked at herself happily impressed at how well he braided it.
"Thank you so much Crine I love my hair like this." She said patting his head in appreciation. "Your really good at making braides. Where did you learn it from?" She knew that he couldn't really answer her but she felt that it was only respectful and kind to treat him as a normal person. She also felt that maybe if he interacted more he would soon be able to form some words like most toddlers did.

There was maybe only one thing Crine had ever learned to communicate. He took his fingers and made an H with them. This symbolized home. And this is where he learned it from. It was a bond and contact all of his bunk mates shared. Home and grooming one another. The way animals might have.

"Wh what?! No th-there's really no need to call me or anyone else Master, we are all equally important here!" Zephi said, she was caught off gaurd by Aaront's comment. Then she looked back as the portal from where they entered closed, then she looked around at who had made it, of the original fifteen or so people only six humans and Crine made it. She sighed and said a prayer for the souls lost in the process of entering Thanatos.
She looked at Royo and scolded him, "Don't be so disciminant, there are just as many good things in this world as there are in Anriere they are just harder to find, and in being here it is possibly one of our duties to find it." she stated she then looked at everyone in general lost for anymore words.
"What are we supposed to do now? Well we need to get our barings for one thing. If I remember correctly one of the reports I read up on said there was a town north of here." she thought as she looked around then she looked up at the sky to see nothing to help tell direction, no sun no moon nothing, not that it could really be counted on for all Zephi knew the moved in different directions in Thanatos.
Then she flashed back to reading reports and remembered an advise ment on how to figure out which way is north. "Oh yeah that's right!" she exclaimed as she turned around 180 degrees, "There should be a town just on the other side of this.......dark forboding uninviting forest." she added the last part uneasily as she looked at the forest infron of them. An unnatrual haze ran through it and the trees were dark and twisted with spider webs and nests in them and only who knows what the bushes hide.
She turned back and looked at the others and finally at Crine who seemed to be doing fine with Sorrel, she felt a little sad the she herself wasn't bonding with him since they would be spending more time together but she let go of the thought and said with determination, "Right! Being the guide for this journey and being a priest of the main temple branch of the Holy Order of Eternity I must protect you all to the best of my extent just you you all are charged with doing! She turned back to the forrest and and added, "So let's put one foot infront of the other and see where this journey will lead us! Let's get to Shanrir Town!" and with that she started to walk into the forrest with the others following close behind. Her hand felt empty as she walked, she had already grown accustomes to Crine's hand being there for her to hold onto, but she smiled and hummed happily as she walked.
"I wonder what kinds of demons we'll see and meet on this journey..." she thought as she looked around her, keeping a close eye to make sure nothing would pop out of the bushes and catch her off guard.
Nephilim looked at the last demon there the only one she didn't know the name of. She crossed her arms and said, "If you find the right human it should but someone not smart enough or important enough to know when are arriving probably wouldn't have the luck to meet the right noe!" she said snarkly.
She walked up to him and said, "I'm Nephilim." She knew that if she didn't get stuck traveling with this guy that she would atleast meet him again so she decided to give him her name. "C'mon," she said as she grabbed his hand and lead him off.
Then she proceeded to ask for directions until she found the place she was looking for. She walked in and the store had thread of every color and material. She browsed until she found the Siren thread, it was thing and strong but the most appealing factor was that it had essences in it that sparkled when hit by the proper light. She grabbed quite a fair amount of it and seemed to be doing math.
"Let's see 46 strings and four threads per string......" she mumbled to herself. "There we go!" she declared as she walked up to the counter and places the large bolts of thread on it. "I need all of this!" she stated as she smiled at the clerk who seemed shocked at the large purchase she was making.
"That will be ten thousand depths," the clerk said.
Nephilim reached into a small bouch on her side and pulled out her money holder, a bag enchated specfically to hold large amounts of money and not lose and space inside itself. She smiled and placed the money on the counter. After a short while the clerk counted it up and she was on her way.
"Wow that really put a dent in my funds!" she said as she walked up her newly, possibly forced, travel companion. "Sorry about the wait I needed thread to make new strings for my harp. Now what was your name?" she asked as she looked up at him.

Nazeroth stood up and put off his airs of a mercenary nature, he did not raise the volume of his chant, but he posture became more fierce and proactive. "Your desire has been noted Ms. Zephi..." he said with a gentle, boiling calm. He took the lead in the group even if he knew not the way, he could feel the way, the hands of God were upon his strings and he was but a miserable marrionette before His will. He held his shield with fierce purpose and the flakes of dust seemed to fall from his armor and even in the drear of Thanatos, his armor seemed to shimmer.
His eyes scanned the world his hand ready to move to sword and his lips ready to increase the volume of his chant. He did not yet have god's power within him yet, but it good imbue his form at a moments notice.

Sorrel followed closely behind Zephie since this was a strange new world to her and as she observed the forest surrounding them she knew that some of her father's theorys and and thoughts of the appearence of Thanatos were almost completely true. Some people said that Thantaos was a wasteland but by the looks of it that wasn't true at all and this forest proved it. The botanist in Sorrel came out and she wandered a bit away from the group to take notes on all her observasions of that plant life here.
"I wonder if there are any toxic plants in this region or maybe some sort of fungi thats native to our world grows here as well." Sorrel squeeled in excitement. She began to take samples of plants not noticeing the group moved farther ahead then she thought. As she was putting samples in tiny clear bottles to observe more closely later she heard a russle in the bushs.
"Huh?" She looked around and noticed she didn't see anyone from her goup. "You guys where did you go?" Sorrel asked while she began to panic a tad. "Why does this always happen to me?" She heard another russle and made a made dart in the direction that she was previously heading with the group.
Rue finely was able to find her way into town ater heading out of the direction of the ruins with Nagi and she was greeted with the sight of vendors and other shops. Her stomach soon began to growl signaling her that she hadn't eaten in some time now.
"Hmmm... What am In the mood for?" She observed all the shops and came upon one that was selling various dried meats aquired from some lesser demons. "That would last us if we were going to go on a long journey without stopping at a town for a while but we have to take in consideration how much you et all on your own. Rue sighed and made her way to the vendors stand.
"Sir may I please have a pound of some of your finest meat?" She asked sweetly.
"That will be 50 depths little lady." The vendor said eyeing her. You wouldn't happen to be one of those humans that came through the portal would ya?
"No, but that really isn't any of your concern." She payed the man and placed her purchase into her bag. "Have a pleasent day sir." Rue said as she walked off to see more of the stands.

She walked up to him and said, "I'm Nephilim." She knew that if she didn't get stuck traveling with this guy that she would atleast meet him again so she decided to give him her name. "C'mon," she said as she grabbed his hand and lead him off.
Mesameru's eyes opened in surprise and he was carried off. "Wait! Where are we going!?!?" Of course she gave no reply and he was simply forced to be dragged. "Great." He thought. "It must look brilliant that a guy with a huge sword on his back is being dragged off by this tiny little female."
Then she proceeded to ask for directions until she found the place she was looking for. She walked in and the store had thread of every color and material. She browsed until she found the Siren thread, it was thing and strong but the most appealing factor was that it had essences in it that sparkled when hit by the proper light. Mesameru smirked at her doing the math in her head and thought. "Well, at least she's not a ditz, or a complete one anyway, otherwise I'd go completely mad.

Mesameru simply followed her, rather then having to be forcefully pulled by the little one again. He walked along with her and thought about how he got to end up here, and wondered if he'd end up getting another assignment from somebody anytime soon, he wanted something fun to do, at least someone trying to attack, something. He looked at the girl as she mentioned the funds and smiled thinking about the money he had. "Well, aren't you glad I didn't take any pay from you for helping you then." He said with a laugh and grin. "Don't worry about the wait, as long as something fun happens sometime soon, I could careless." As she asked for his name he looked down at her and his lips moved to the corner of his mouth along with his eyes. Then he closed his eyes and said. "I am...Mesameru Nayami...The Chaos Mercenary."

"Mesameru is such a long and stiff name, I think I'll call you Mesa!" Nephilim said happily as they walked around doing other small tasks. she looked up at the sky to see the redish tint in the dark brown sky turning to a deep blue. "It will be night soon the humans will get here shortly if my calculations of travel time are correct..... THIS IS SO EXCITING!" she added happily as she jumped up in the air.
Zephi was following behind Aaront when she noticed the air about him change. She was going to say something when she noticed that Sorrel was missing, and then the bushes infront and behind them rustled. She stepped back and grabbed her staff and stood protectively infront of Crine.
"HE'S GONNA EAT MEEEEEEEEEE!" a high pitched voice shrieked, out of the bushes infron of them a small fairy flew as fast as she could. She meet a screeching halt when she hit Nazeroth in the face. She stared into his eyes a moment then flew into the collar of his armor and looked up at him.
"Don't let him eat me! Waaaaaaaahhhhhhh!" Reenie began to cry then out of the bushes emerged a large lizard like man with scaly green skin, he stood up to a staggering seven feet, he had two heads and yellow eyes with black slits for pupils, his tail was long and swaying back and forth slightly on the ground, and he held a large sword over his shoulders.
"Hehehe, what'sssss thisssssss more people? Any other time I'd kill you all and consssssume your bodiesssss, but I'm after the prize of that fairy and am feeling merciful, ssssso hand her over and I'll leave you pathetic beingssssss alone." the demon said while he met Nazeroth's gaze with a challenging stare.

"Mi'lord, maybe you should go down and give the humans that just arrived a proper greeting." Mary said as she appeared floating in the air beside the Abbadon. She was posed as if sitting in an invisible chair with her legs crossed and she held a clip boad and was writting in it.

She said stopping in the middle of her sentance when a she saw something small jum oy of the bushes followed by a towering lizard man. Sorrel never had an encounter with a demon fo and the fact that her first actual demon was threatning her group didn't help matters. She looked to see what he wanted when she spotted the cutest little girl and she knew in her heart that handing over his demon to spare their lives was completely out of the question. So she stood her ground as he hand was inching towards her bag ready to bring out her bombs when the right time came.

Nazeroth looked at the beast with disdain, though this was hidden behind his mask. He held up his shield and drew his sword, "Child, leave this place, or you will be struck or you will find no mercy and no salvation by the blade of this one." Nazeroth was ready and he could feel the embrace of God upon him, the power needed to fight breathed through him and with but a single motion ready to be unleashed. Nazeroth began to chant, this time aloud so all could hear, and those that bore the Faith were filled with righteous hatred and divine fury. But he made no motion to strike. His opponent would commit that sin, if he dared.

Nephilim looked up at Mesameru, "Neph huh? That's different from my usual nick name atleast." she said as she sat down by a fountain that had red liquid in it, not blood but a watery substance, and started making stings for her harp and restringing it. "And don't underestimate the things humans can do and bring, it's so awesome what such fragile creatures are capable of." she added.
Zephi felt Crine's hand on her sholder, she looked back and smiled at him reassuringly as if to say everything would be fine. Then she heard the chant that Aaront was doing. "Why is he......?" she started to contemplate what his actions meant about him, obviously he had tricked the Order into thinking he was someone he wasn't to get on this exhibition. She didn't know what to do about it and was mad about her confusion but she shook it off somewhat and tried to focus on the problem at hand.
Reenie moved her way around the inside of Nazeroth's armor until she peeked her head around the side of his neck. "You're in for it now! These guys can handle you with ease!" she yelled then she stuck her tounge out at the lizard and made a scrunched up face at him.
"We'll ssssssee about that!" the lizard man said as one head arched upward and shot a fireball from his mouth, then with a fast speed he followed behind the fireball and lifted his sword to strike down on Nazeroth, so focused on hitting him that he didn't bother taking care of the people around him or notice the newcomer.
Zephi looked over at the new guy that walked up and said, "You're a bit caviler for someone who just walked into a fight...." she said in a hybrid tone of surprise and focus and she turned back to see a fireball headed for Nazeroth.
"Oh no you don't!" Zephi held her staff forward and a purple energy, coming from the amethyst in it, surrounded it. She focused for a moment and then with a strong call, "Amethyst Smite!" the energy moved and cut the fireball into before it reached Nazeroth and the fairy.
"That won't help you know!" the lizard man yelled as he appeared from the smoke a foot away from Nazeroth about to srike him.

Nazeroth stood there, shield up but otherwise making no movement, he waited. Zephi had dispelled the fireball which was the only real threat to him, as Nazeroth was a martyr and lacked the abilities to keep himself alive. How his opponent was now in front of him. Nazeroth still made no move to attack. He just stood their waiting.
Then his opponent struck with feral his, and Nazeroth moved. The blow was a diagonal chop with the sword, it was a bad match up for Nazeroth. With a weapon that large if he just put his arm against the blow, he might stay alive but his arm would be numb if not badly damaged for some time. However, diagonal cuts were tough to avoid, even if he wasn't in full plate. The diagonal quality from top right to lower left meant he couldn't redirect the blow as the momentum either wanted to go down into his legs or left into his torso.
However he instinctively stepped in. The hand of God guided him. The blade was large and while he couldn't avoid the blow completely, he could reduce the harm it did. The moment would be less the close he got to the center of the swing rather than at the edges where the blade was moving fastest. He prepped his shield and took the hilt impact to his shield. A pain went through his arm but it was easily ignored beneath the tempo of his chant.
Now that he was inside his opponents guard, he moved to strike. With a swift thrust he impaled the demon upon his sword. He moved he blade up and out disembowling the creature before stepping back and resetting his posture, unsure of how much punishment a demon could take.

Nephilim continues to restring her harp and smiles at Mesameru's question. "Well enough to be hired by aristocrats that live in towns I've visited before." she said smugly. She strung the last string and then started adjusting them all to make sure the individual frequesncies each on made was proper to the note it played.
"There we go! And look at how pretty it is when the light catches it!" she said happily as she admired her harp. "I'm thinking it's time for work." she stated and then her wings expanded out, they were much larger than they seemed when folded as they usually were, some would even make the mistake of thinking they grew as she expanded them. With one easy motion she lifted off the ground and stayed off it as her wings moved up and down causing lift to keep her up. "I'm going to find an inn, those are the best places for a muse to work, besides when the humans come that will be the first place they go."she stated as she looked at him, now she was about eye level with him which was a change for her.
The lizard man stumbled back from the strike that Nazeroth dealt him. He stood up again and breathed heavily. "I'll get you!" he said angrily and was about to attack again out of rage when a thunderous shot was heard and he stopped, he looked down at his chest the same area that had been hit before by Nazeroth had just been penetrated further by a bullet shot from a gun, adding to the seriousness of the injury. He stood for a moment more than fell backwards landing on the ground still and lifeless.
"That's a relief!" Zephi said as she smiled happily. "I guess he must have been a lesser demon." she added. She patted Crine's head and then looked over at Sorrel, "I'm glad you found us, I had only just realized you were missing when that lizard creep showed up," she stated. "I should pay more attention to my traveling companions, I'm sorry." she said accepting full responsibility at the fact that she let Sorrel slip into danger unnoticed.
Then she turned to the man that showed up, "Thanks for your help, you must be Clive from the previous exhibition right? I'm Zephi and this is Crine," she said motioning towards Crine.
"So you'll be traveling with us and telling us what you might know about Thanatos? But that can be saved for later, I get the feeling it's getti0gn close to night-time and we should find shelter soon." Zephi added.
Reenie popped her head out of Nazeroth's armor and looked around as if to see if the coast was clear. Then she flew out and faced them all, "You were all so brave, thank you so much for saving me!" she said happily and bowed to them, "I'm Reenie, a life fairy, I know where a town is! I can lead you there, but we might wanna hurry I have to be getting back to Raven soon and a storm is coming!" she stated in her high pitched tone as she flew over to Nazeroth's shoulder and sat on it, then she pointed forward and said, "The town is this way! It's only a little ways away after we get out of the forest! You can actually see the forest from some of the taller buldings in the town." she added as they all began to walk off.

He nodded to the faerie and to the newcomer, but otherwise remained silent, content to be lost beneath the excitement of Clive's arrival. The fae, apparently named Reenie, spoke to them about a town near by. Nazeroth sensed that this was the path that God wanted him to follow, at least for the time being and so he made no objection and instead remained silent as the small faerie sat on his shoulder. And this one would imagine that the cleaning process is but one of the many downfalls of the sword... it strikes this one that the main downfall of the sword is that it is a weapon and a weapon alone. All other weapons were originally tools, the axe for culling trees, the bow and gun for hunting. All these weapons are the weapons derived from peace. The sword alone, it seems to this one, is the only weapon that can be used for nothing but the snatching of lives. It is a mark of sin and of evil to use a sword." Nazeroth's tone was dull and didactic, it was a slow drone of the sermon, uncharismatic but thoughtful. Every word seemed to bear the weight of ages, as if each word had been notched into its sentence through long thought. The syllables rode into each other with practiced precision, and lacked even the slightest hesitation.

Nephilim found the main inn of the town, "The Hollowed Corpse huh? Sounds inviting," Nephilim mumbled with a chuckle as she walked in. It was one of the larger buildings and seemed like any other but when you walked inside the decor and feeling of the inn itself changed, surprisingly to a warm welcoming feeling. There was a desk to the left right as soon as you entered and past that was the larger entirety of the main lobby room. It had candles as its main light source through out the room, but the main focal point was the fire place. It was large and the space around it had chairs and couches to set in and rest for those who weren't staying in the inn but simply using it as a space to pass time away from the elements of the world outside. and finally on back left and back right sides of the room were stair cases that lead to where Nephilim assumed the rooms were.
She walked up to the front desk and got herself a room, she looked back to notice Mesameru hadn't made it in yet, she shrugged it off and though, "If her wants to find me he'll find me." With that she put her room key in her bag and walked over to the fire place and sat in one of the chairs there. There were a few children and some adults there enjoying the cozy feeling the fireplace gave off, the children seemed to be a little bored, staring at the fire as if it were about to come to life and put on a show for them.
Nephilim smiled, "How would you children like to hear a story?" she asked in a calm soothing voice, she always disguised her voice to fit the situation as best she could when working. The children turned towards her and looked at her with excitment. She smiled and said, "Very well, this tale begins long ago before you, or you, or even you were born," she patted each kid on the nose as she pointed them out one by one. Then she twirled her fingers and some ice crystals formed at her finger tips, infront of the children figures started to form of small ice people and started to act out the story as she played her harp and sang the words the told the events that unfolded.
Zephi smiled at Sorrel, "That doesn't make you a coward, some are meant to fight, some are meant to assist, and some are meant to observe and take notes. Without one or the other things would be uneven in the world." she said reassuringly. When Crine grabbed her hand she smiled at him and then she turned towards Clive.
"Well since we have a guide now, cute as she may be, I'm sure she'll get us through the forrest in no time." she stated. With that they trvaeled on, encounting a few more lesser demons that were no trouble for Clive, Royo, and Nazeroth to handle. "I'm going to have to speak with Nazeroth when we get to the inn....." she thought uneasily as they were walking.
After a short while longer they made it out of the forest and could see the lights of the town lighting up the dark field infron of them. "It must be night time for sure now if we can see the actual lights." she thought as they walked on.
"There there there! It just about ten minutes away and we'll be in the town! To make sure that you guys find one I'll even lead you to the best inn in the town! it's really nice and there's always a muse or two there telling stories you guys can listen to if you get bored or can't sleep, and there's a lot to do in the town market places, and the..." Reenie went on and on in her excited tone for a while explaining all the things you could do in the town, interrupting herself here and there to tell them when they needed to turn.
Zephi kept a firm grip on Crine's hand as they walked through the town, some demons stared at them with surprise as if they'd never seen humans before, some glared, and some didn't even pay attention to them, all of it made Zephi feel a little awkward even though she expected it and knew she'd get used to it.
"Here we are!" Reenie added as they all walked into the inn, 'The Hollowed Corpse' as it were named. Reenie flew off of Nazeroth's shoulder and over to the inn keeper.
"Out there rangling customers for me again, Reenie?" he asked and chuckled afterwards. He seemed to be some kind of over size beaver gerbal type being but still was only about two feet tall so he sat on a stool to help him see over the top of the counter.
"Awwww he's so cute!" Zephi thought as she saw the inn keeper, she heard music and singing and looked over to see a demon woman entertaining children and adults alike with a show of ice and song. "She must be a muse, that's kinda cool, these demons don't seem so bad..." she thought as she observed their surroundings.
"No I was out minding my own business when some lizard guy tried to eat me. Can you believe it EAT ME!" she exclamied. "And these guys rescued me, so I lead them here."
"It's ashame your fairy charm only works on humans and humanoid demons.... Well seeing as how you all helped little Reenie I'll give you all fifty percent off your rooms! There are two beds to a room so you can go halvies with the price, or whatever you kids call it these days. So that will be 100 depths for a room." he explained.
"I always wondered why it was that the currencies in our worlds were the same." Zephi thought as she paid for her room. She turned and looked at everyone, "okay so this has been a long, trying, and tiring day so we won't really do anything for the rest of the night everyone get a little R & R, do what you want for the night but make sure that you are in the lobby tomorrow moring at nine Anriere time." she stated.
She looked at Sorrel and nodded, they were definately sharing a room seeing as how they were the only two girls, but then she stopped and looked at Crine. "Should we let him sleep with us or do you think he'll be alright with one of the guys?" she asked Sorrel.
Reenie flew off on her own and soon found Raven and Jace on a roof of the city. "Raveeeeeennnnnnnn!" she exclaimed happily as she flew into him and attmepted to hug his neck, of course she was too small to even wrap her arms around one side let alone the whole neck.
"I missed you!" she stated, not even paying attention to the fact that she might have been interuptting him and Jace. "Hi Jace!" she added as she flew up and sat on Raven's shoulder.

Hatori left Kaja's side as they walked into the inn. Hatori walked up to Zephi with what appeared to be straight force.
"Zephi, I didn't manage to tell you what I wanted before we left the gate," Hatori said.
This time he would manage, and hopefully this time someone would listen to him and send someone back for safety reason. Hatori stared sternly at Crine and at Zephi as well as Sorrrel.
"I think it would be best to let Crine go back," Hatori said, "There is numerous safety risk you are taking, it's most likely Crine will only want to sleep in the same room as you because he's using you as bunk mates, when he gets hungry it's more likely he would eat his bunk mates, I don't think we have enough resources to feed him six times a day, and I don't think he's trustworthy."
^^^^^^^^^^^^
Kaja couldn't believe Hatori was going through with it. Why didn't Hatori just let things be? They would understand if it happened. But since it didn't, it really didn't concern them. Kaja knew the answer that would be sprung on Hatori. And it bend Hatori out of shape. Kaja knew why kind of sick justice Hatori had. He takes personal blame for all deaths that occur with his patients.
Hatori doesn't like taking risk, very rarely has Kaja seen him take risk. Kaja walked over to the outline of Hatori and stared at the other three only for a moment.
"Hatori," Kaja said, "Why don't you just leave it, you aren't the security bouncer, you aren't sole protector of this group...come on."
Hatori turned around and Kaja knew what that meant. He stared at the three outlines again.
"I'm sorry in advance," Kaja said.
Kaja walked off to go see if he could maybe meet someone else in the group. It would be a lot better then waiting for Hatori. Kaja saw the outline of the man before. And all though Kaja wasn't generally outspoken nor had anything in particular to say something gave Kaja the urge to speak. But he had nothing he wanted to talk back nor knew what to talk about. But he walked up to the man [jason002003]
"That's a nice....outline of a sword," Kaja said.

"Thanks Zephie." Sorrel said feeling a little better about not taking any course of action when they were attacked but thats how she always was. Big arguements or other confrentations of even the minorest degree never appealed to her so when she knew that something unappealing was going to start she left as quickly as possible. She looked up to their new little guide while Zephi was talking about her. That little fairy was a cute little thing adn she really tried her best to restrain a girly squeel from passing her lips. So far she has encountered a good and a bad demon and she really couldn't make heads or tails on how the rest of the demons might be. Where they going to be friendly upon their arrival at tht town or would they just plain attack them. Sorrel really didn't know and she had no right to judge them if she never even met them.
When they spotted the lights to the town butterflies appeared in her stomach but after a bit more walking they finally made it to the town. She squuezed Crines hand a little bit out of nervousness but what came along with her being nervous was curiosity. There were demons in humanoid forms and a pretty decent portion of non humanoids but she really couldn't place them in a category. While looking over the crowd she thought she saw a small blonde human girl holding a yam or something but when she made a double take to make sure she saw right the girl was gone.
"Hmmm..." Sorrel didn't know if her eyes were playing tricks on her or not but there shouldn't of been a girl that young in a place like this if the portal only was open every five years. When they soon entered te inn with one of the creepiest name she was suprised to find it was quite cozy and nice. She stopped admireing the inn to look at the demon that Rennie was talking too and from the looks of where he was sitting witch was behind the check inn table she guessed he was the inn kepper himself. Sorrel couldn't help but think the man was adorable since he looked like some type of little chipmunk or something.Sorrel heard Zephi asked about Crine and while she was talking she looked at his hand that had held hers and Zephies almost the whole entire trip.
"Well its a matter of fact that he is very much more comfortable with us then anyone else in our group, but I think it would be good for him to interact with different people so he isn't so overwhelmed by new people in the future and more importantly he should communicate with boys around his own age. Just in case though if something happens he can come sleep with us." Soon as she finished talking she looked at Hatori and glared.
"What are you talking about? Don't say so...so... stupid about him! He is as harmless as kitten." Sorrel couldn't believe he would say something so cruel and sick like that.

Zephi looks at Hatori and says, "I'm sorry if I seem saracstic, but did you forget the fact that no one knows the way back to Anriere, that's one of the reasons we were sent here to Thanatos. I mean that's common knowledge." she said. "And even if we did the High Priest put him in my charge and told me to bring him here so I did and he will stay in my charge and hence forth with us until I am told to do otherwise." she explainined.
She looked at Sorrel, "Well yes you're right he should but..." she pauses to look at Nazeroth, Royo, Hatori, Kaja, and Clive. "Are you sure this guys would be the best ones for him to bond with." she said with a worried tone. "i mean I don't want to baby him but it's kinda hard not to with this group...."
"Sure Clive like I said you are free to do whatever you wish as long as you don't cause trouble, and as for me I don't drink thanks for the offer though," she said and flashed a smile at Clive, maybe you should ask Royo or Hatori..... she gets a sly smile and looks at Sorrel "Or maybe you'd like to get a drink with one of the heros of the day." she said jestingly and then giggled some.
After Nephilim's crowd dispearsed she gathered the money she earned, put it in her pouch and looked over towards the humans that had just walked in. "Oh wow, I was right! This is awesome okay I gotta play this cool......" she thought as she looked them over one by one, then her eyes fell on a particular human (Kaja) and stopped, "How can I play it cool when thay are so awesome I mean,......wait is that a male or female?" she thought to herself. She walked over to the human and got really close to his face. Her tail swayed back and forth as her curiosity grew and she walked around him.
"Wow you're so pretty I can't tell if you're male or female. You seem fairly tall but you're so lean and your hair and face are as pretty!" she said as she stopped infront of him and smiled. "I'm Nephilim Xenose, a humble muse of the Bat Kin, a greater demon race, pleased to meet you." she said as she bowed to him.

Sorrel rolled her eyes and giggled a bit at Zephie's comment. It felt nice to be with a girl somewhat around her age having a tiny bit of fun. She never really got to play or be with people her own age as a child due to her working as hard as she could to be chosen to go to Thantos. She just spent most of her time observing plants and helping her mother come up with antidotes for various poisens.
"Well anyway before even considering going out for a drink I think Crine should be with other people, but I do agree with you whe you say our little group isn't really the best to do that. "She said looking over everyone when her eyes landed on Kaja who was talking to a demon women. "And since Hatori made such a terible comment about Crine I think it would be best to have him sleep in our room. I really don't trust Hatori with him." Sorrel said glaring at Hatori.
"Hmmm? It looks like someone has a cute little girlfriend all of a sudden." She thought to herself while looking over the demon woman. Sorrel thiught she was a very beautiful women and sarted to feel a little self concious about her own appearence. The women was dressed in such nice clothig while she herself wore some old treveling clothes that ahd been in her closet for some time.

"When he throws those razor sharp claws at someone don't come complaining to me," Hatori said, "It isn't safe with him."
Hatori walked off he decided he would just retire for the night.

Crine looked around the place and then stared at the ground. He really did feel a longing in his heart. He wanted his bunk mates and he noticed Zephi and Sorrel staring at other people as if to toss him off to the side. Crine squeezed their hands tightly, he didn't want to let go of them.

Nazeroth stood there quietly, praying quietly to himself. He decided to slip to the back where his armored body might at least be somewhat ignored, or at least where the necks of those staring at him would become to strained to continue. He was only too happy to be forgotten and ignored.
He looked around at the demons, listening for God's will, trying to figure out what exactly he had been sent here to do. But God did not speak now, his hand was gone from Nazeroth's shoulder, just as the fae had. And now he was alone. So he ended his aloneness, by removing himself form his own mind. He empty his head of thoughts and went beyond aloneness, to the oneness of meditation. He was nothing and therefore everything flowed into him to fill his void. A calm beating blackness swirled inside him and amidst that darkness he sought a fleeting spark.

"You have to be real short then like 4'9" I'm only 5'1"[Kaja's picture is based off of this character in a manga and it states in his bio he's 5'1" and he looks short in the manga too, those are just pictures by himself] Kaja said.

Crine stared at another who spoke. Crine let go of Zephi's and Sorrels hand only because his hands were getting sort hot and sweaty inside the gloves. Crine followed the man who spoke, he eased Crine's curiosity enough. Crine sat next to the man and began to inspect his clothing. Pulling pieces of cloth up. He wasn't particular soft either as he began to inspect that man's hair with rough pulling. And even when inspecting the clothes there was a tendency to be to hard with it. Crine grabbed the man's hands too and it was greeted with hard poking and pinching. What Crine was doing wasn't even clear to him nor would it be to anyone else.

Nephilim said with a surprised tone in her voice, "Well atleast you don't have too high of a voice to match your body." she added and giggled slightly afterwards. "So what brings you to the world of Thanatos?" she asked trying to pull up some small talk even though she already knew why.
She looked over at the two human girls that were with the group as well and smiled at them and motioned for them to come over as well. "I gotta say it's really intresting to finally meet a human, I've never bothered to go through all the work needed to travel to Anriere myself."
Zephi smiled at Sorrel, "Okay then he'll bunk with us," she said as Crine walked away with Clive. Then she looked over at the demon woman talking with Kaja. "Well she sure is pretty, I wonder what kind of demon she is..." she stated as she looked back at Sorrel. She could tell by Sorrel's eyes that she felt self concious, "Ohhhh don't worry Sorrel I think you're beautiful, while were are here we should try to go shopping sometime, I wonder what we'd look like in demon attire..." she mentioned as she imagined Sorrel and herself in scnatily clad clothing. "Okay maybe not that kind....." she mumbled.
Then the demon woman waved them over, "C'mon Sorrel," Zephi stated as she grabbed Sorrel's hand they lead/dragged her over. "Hey Kaja, who's your pretty girlfriend?" she teased slightly as she walked up. Then she smiled at the woman and said, "I'm Zephi, pleased to meet you!"

Crine was rather interested in the man. But the man didn't like the inspection, the kind of inspection he gave his bunk mates so Crine stopped. He stared at the counter and then he looked over to the counter. There was a mass of demons surrounding one table playing poker. They were the rough rider biker type and Crine happened to decide to float over since he was very curious. He began an inspection of something that somewhat resembled a rhino man. The man turned around.
"You gotta a problem buddy," rhino said his voice tough.
Crine continued his inspection.
"You picking a fight with me!"
Crine backed away not sure why the man suddenly was so violent. Crine stared into his eyes and looked at him. His mind finding the man so perplexing.

A brief flash broke Nazeroth's meditation and he was left in the bustle of the in, once more alone. He looked around, wondering what he was supposed to do if his meditation had been broken so early and without input. His eyes scanned from behind his masked until he noticed the child-like creature from earlier being hassled by some anthropomorphic rhino. Nazeroth felt a tension creeping between them, even if it was one sided, and it Nazeroth decided he'd like to avoid a fight if possible.
Pacification wasn't his strong suit, but he knew God would guide him. Nazeroth walked over and stepped forward grabbing Crine's head and forcing him to bow in humility while Nazeroth did the same, "Forgive him, sir, he meant no offense. The rhino man stared at the new ones involved and the rest of the poker team got up.
"You think insolent bowing and kindness is going to settle this...he was choking me and pinching me," the rhino said.
Crine didn't understand the situation much. He understood the hostility and he made his decision to do something rather clever. He spat some of his saliva at the man's eye. The mans flesh began to bubble and wither, but it was more like a burn rather then anything serious. The rhino man grasped his face and the other rhino men playing poker began to worry about their boss. Crine turned around and walked back to where he sat and looked at the counter. He took his glove off, which revealed some serious sharp and long claws that looked more like blades then anything else. He just wanted to feel the counter with his own hands, he found the counter really odd.

The cloaked man simply stared and grinned again himself. "I'm sure you'll find this more then fun... Its fitting for your title "Chaos Mercenary". Mesameru relaxed his face. "Good, so whats this job?" The cloaked man moved his hand palm out and behind him, then a blast emitted from it and a portal resembling a black hole appeared. Luckily, all of this was behind Nazeroth's shield and those the demons were none the wiser of Crine's attempt to injure them. Crine left and Nazeroth smoothed things over and allowed the Rhino's to return to their game. Nazeroth let out a breath of relief before taking a seat next to Crine. The bartender asked what he wanted but Nazeroth waved him off, he didn't drink. It was against his priestly vows.
"Child," he said with his clerical tone, "that was impudent and unnecessary. You should never make violence upon another unless violence is made upon you. Even a threat should be brushed aside if possible. That situation could have been contained, and was. This one does't know where you were raised, or how your parents taught you, but in any case the better part of valor is no valor. Violence begets violence... the last thing we wanted was those guys trying to get back at you at a time when your companions were vulnerable." Nazeroth demeanor was at the same time self-righteous, and prideless... it was a paradoxical mix to anyone who felt Nazeroth's words were his own. But that was not how Nazeroth viewed himself, to him, his words were those of others and not his own. God mostly, some times the monks he had grown up under, or the teachers at his seminary, but never did he credit himself. Which meant he could say things with fanatical blind-faith confidence, without any personal pride.

Raven slightly chuckled under his hood. The one in the armor was interesting. Not to mention the fact that all those with it seemed to be of some skill level. None really bad, yet some easy pickings. Raven's first thought was to let Jace deal with them. They were of no concern to him as of now. The Overlord would be in formed of such just as soon as...........
"RAAAAAVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNN!!"
Raven's head seemed to shake with disappointment. This was everyday. The little thing followed him around. No matter how much he ignored or dismissed her she came back. She was a pest, yes, but a valuable tool, and spy. Raven rised his left hand, and took her from his neck. opening his palm up to allow her to sit.
"Report!! What are the humans like."
Royo watched with envy from behind. This land was not peaceful, as he knew, and demons were fools. Arrogant, and false. God's punishment would come about them swiftly. Sweeping through as if a thundering gaint crashing through the gates of Valhalla. Nevertheless, the Knight struck from down, and they would continue on to the............
"Hollowed Corpues???"
Royo stared in disblief as they entered the hell hole. Royo sighed, and walked shortly behind Zephi.

"And I'm a priest from the main temple of the Holy Order of Eternity," Zephi stated after Sorrel and Kaja had spoken.
"Wow it sounds like you all have important jobs, makes me feel a little foolish that I am just a muse that knows how to fight." she laughed a littl and added in a saracastic girly tone, "Although I'm supposed to act like a damsel in distress when attacked, oh it's so dreadful!" she smiled.
She turned and looked over at the bar where the rhino men were be over agressive as usual, then watched as whimpy rust bucket handled it. "Soooo, that hairy situation is taken care of, you guys should really buy an encyclopedia of Thanatos, since you don't know how to act around certain types of demons, it should really come in handy and will also give you information on places and other information that would be nice to know for you guys." she stated in a matter of factly tone.
"But I'm still curious about you guys first, I mean, a pretty guy that is overly modest about his looks, two lovely ladies that are closely bonded it seems, and ....hellllo. Who are you?" she asked as she peeked around Zephi's shoulder at the man behind her. (Royo)
"Yes sir!" she said trying to hold a serious face and do a salute to him, then she giggled and went back to hr usual posture, "Well, the one in the armor is really really powerful and skilled, I could tell just being in his presence, but I didn't get his name." she stated in a sad tone upset at the fact that she felt like she was letting Raven down. "The girl with blue hair is named Zephi," she went on to explain everything she had gatered on them and finished with, "So they all have some ability in them even if some aren't aware of it yet, and they are all really nice! I mean that lizard guy was really gonna eat me! You wouldn't have let him get that far would you have Raven?" she asked while giving him a cute face.

Jace watched with searching eyes at the new humans that had entered the realm. They could only bring trouble. It was his Overlords choice to bring peace to their realm and they ignored him. They couldn't have came here for any reason other then to destroy him. He refused to let that happen. But for now he would track them. Watch their movements and see how they reacted. Time was on his side. They knew nothing of the land or its' people. He would be at the advantage.
"You filthy scum will meet your end in time." He thought, "In time."
He turned to Raven.
"Why is this filth being except by our people so easily?" he said. "The Overlord would never approve of it all. They should have been slained when they entered our realm."
-----------------------------
Kokusho yawned heavily where he was seated. He hated being locked up in his castle. It wasn't even that far too where the action would be but he couldn't go out in full force. It almost felt like he was being beaten by his own system. he stretched his arms and yawned again. He had already sent out a form to find Jace. He hadn't been able to get in touch with him as off late. Maybe he should just go outside completely.
"Mi'lord, maybe you should go down and give the humans that just arrived a proper greeting." Mary said as she appeared floating in the air beside the Overlord. She was posed as if sitting in an invisible chair with her legs crossed and she held a clip boad and was writting in it.
"I'm sure it would be most entertaining, for you, to toy with them." she added with a smug smile as she looked up from her board and at him out of the corner of her eyes.
"Mary I wouldn't be bothered toying with those simple minded things. A few men here and there in my realm lead to no trouble. I just want to be outside." He stood up and walked over to a viewing window. He looked out and linked himself with his copies there were about his realm. Ones hanging within forest watching tribes, some within cities looking like children, and the few still flying to their destination. He had perfect control over this realm. What he needed now was a secure way into the other realm. He flexed his arms and mouths appeared nattering useless words. they then vanished as quickly as they came.
"Mary? Tell me more about what we have learn about this human realm."

Silently and without pause a single bat form landed onto Ravens shoulder. It flexed it's wings in delight and then opened its mouth.
"IDIOTS!" it roared abnormally, "Where have my reports been? I don't hire you both for tea parties." It growled and flew in front of them both. "It's so nice to see you both again though." It smiled a cheeky grin no seriousness there. Only those of high rank new these creatures to be a part of the Overlord. Yet as it stood you wouldn't have been able to guess. But the Overlord did always seem childish when he broke into a smaller form. Another one appeared and hovered in the same place. When they spoke it was at the same time.
"We are stuck in a boring tower while you both get to run about free. We expect a bit of feed back." They both sneaked closer and whispered, "However this is a great excuse to get out so thank you." They grinned in time with each other. "So what is to report?"

Crine stared at the man. He didn't understand when the air was thick around them. And he could feel the air almost tell he was being scolded. But about that, why? Crine didn't understand the punishment because the man was being silly. For someone so unspoken he could feel that the man, didn't care. Rhino man was going to charge. Sometimes violence was the way to ease violence. And if they came tonight Crine rip them to shreds.

Kaja bit his lip as the girl called him modest. But he didn't think he was very pretty. And he didn't think he was pretty for the most part he actually really hated how he looked. His poofy curly hair, those soft puckering lips that made him look like a China doll. He was suppose to be a man, but he carried the features of a doll. Kaja had no doubt in mind they dressed him female for some disguise at least one person would fall for it. Then something hit Kaja a dizzy nausea feeling.
"I need to sit down," Kaja said.
Kaja found a chair close to the group and sat in it. Why did he feel so sick now?

"Eeeepp!" Reenie squealed from surprise when the overlord yelled. She flew quickly and hid behind Raven's head. The overlord always scared her even if he wasn't angry or upset he intimidated her. She always felt awkward around him and didn't like to be seen by him so if she could hide from him she always did.

Raven slightly chuckled under his breathe as the Overloard's flying devils spoke for him. Raven only quietly listened, and chuckled. Jace seemed angered, and it was to Raven's delight. The boy was frustrated. If they were to be killed then he should have done it. Raven, on the other hand, would wait till after th Overlord heard about them.
"A company of humans have entered are realm. Some with holy energy about them, and some just afriad, and lost, not really belonging here. There is one in armor in which speaks a strange language. However it gives of holy energy's. A white ahir boy who is young yes yet has the potential of use Holy energy, and divine fury. A girl with the same. Very religious, and seems to be the guide. The others are not really as dangeorus to me is seems yet a demon has joined them, a girl of noticable presence. If other were to have joined I would mind, this girl seems to know her stuff. Problems could rise if not dealt with. But only with your command, My Lord."
Raven bowed down, and lowered his head. Waiting on his orders. jace would be wish to follow Raven's actions. Time was thr essence of jace's being, yet he had lots to learn.

Sorrel's nursing skills kicked in immedietly ao she joined Zephi in looking over Kaja, "What are you feeling right now? Nausea, light headedness, loss of balance? What is it?" She sked opening up his eyes to inspect them closely and looking over his head for any abrassions.
Nagi was grown into the wall of a building listening to the exchange of words between the small bat and the powerful demon. He was doing this for some time now under the orders of his master, Rue. He wanted to do the best job he could so she could praise and smile at him like she noramally did when he did a good deed that helped her.
Rue was sitting on a bench swinging her legs, wating for Nagi's arrival. She couldn't wait to hear what they were talking about up on top of the bulding. She had been watching them ever since she had entered the city wonderwing why such higher demons would be doing here. Obviously it was all for the humans but originally she thought they would be of a little threat. But clearly she had been pretty wrong if Raven was here under orders. Rue wasn't suprised to se Reenie following him like usual. She had a couple runins with the young fairy in the past and the only thing she could say about the fairy was that she was a huge hassle. She caused trouble where ever she went. But rue quickly dismissed those thoughts to concentrate on Nagi's location a couple miles away from her.

Nazeroth returned to his meditative silence, his eyes closed behind his mask. He dreamt of St Sabastine. Wings outward and dreadful. Wings dead and mourning the passing ageless angel rhyme. Jace dropped to one knee as the aspect of the Overlord appeared and shouted at them. He lowered his head as the Overlord spoke. He had dreaded the Overlord finding him. He knew he was behind in reports and it was a bad time. He could see Ravens delight as he watched his struggle. Curse him.
"My lord. I apologise about the delay. It was been hard to get in touch with one of your aspects. It is my fault completly. I have upheld your laws as they stand though. Those who broke them have not go unpunished." He didn't look up, hoping the Overlord would forgive him.
-----------------------
Both of Kokusho's bat forms listened intently to be Raven and Jace. They hovered silently as they talked and took in all the deatils they could. It was fun to see the hatred between the two. One who keeps looking down on the other and another that keeps looking up. It was a prefect pair. He was so smart making them both so high ranked. Only good things could come from this. By good, he meant fun. And by fun, he meant for him.
They both stopped and they looked at them. Kokusho wondered what to do. He had an idea. They both began to make whistling noises. It formed into a song. A quiet song. But a song non the less. Then more whistling could be heard. It gathered up as more of the bat like things from around each other. They were just flying in from all directions. A testament to the Overlords abiltiy to be nearly everywhere. They began to gather in song and their forms melted into each other. Slowly the blob took its form. A younger version of the Overlord. He stretched his arms and finished whistling the song.
"That feels better. A more solid form don't you think?" It was a question he knew neither would answer. He flexed himself and pondered. He was the fifth copy in process right now. So only a fifth of his strnegth. It could work. "Now to the matter of these humans. Em....What to do?...What to do?..." He began pacing.
After a moment he turned to Raven and smiled. "I know. Raven! You need to find out the potential of the boy and all but the armour one. When you have tested it, however you may, I leave the choice on how to deal with them to you. Don't dissapoint." He faced Jace. "The demon guide. You seem to know her." He raised an eyebrow showing Jace he had been watching. "Find out what she is planning. If it is against me; well I shouldn't have to tell an enforcer how to do his job." He then looked at them both. "As for armour dude. I feel like paying him a personal visit. Should be fun." He clapped his hands and wings folded out his back. "Ok you all know what to do. Oh and one of you please take care of the evesdropper pumpkin. It smells horrid." He grinned and flew off leaving them behind.

Reenie still hid behind Raven, listening to Jace and him get their orders and hear the overlord explain what he himself was going to do. She let out a sigh of releif as she thinks she's in the clear with hiding behind Raven. "I don't see why the humans being here is that bad, demons go to their realm it's only fair...." she thought and poutted slightly and crossed her arms. Still she made sure to keep quiet and keep hiding, she was having a good day and being face to face with the overlord would ruin. He's never seriously injured her but he has done some cruel pranks to her in the past that she has never forgotten or forgiven him for.
Zephi looked at Kaja concerned a moment more and sighed, "If you say you'll be fine I suppose we just have to believe you then......" then a cold chilling feeling traveled up her spine as if something intrestingly bad might happen soon. "ummmm did anyone else just get a chill or was it just me?" she asked in a weary voice as she tilted her head down.
"Not here for even a full day yet and already I'm getting bad feelings.......," she thought but then she pepped up back to her usual self and smiled it off, "I'm sure we'll be able to handel it if we work together!" she added.

"Well it may pass but I don't want to take it so lightly. What if something else happens?" Sorrel said while continueing to look him over when she suddenly had a cold feeling run up her back. She looked up at Zephi when it turned out she had the exact same feeling as her.
"Are you sure we could handle it when the trouble finally confronts us? I don't mean to doubt our group but..." Out of a bit nervousness she removed her rucksack and took out a couple poisenous mushrooms to help her relax a bit. Bite by bite the mushrooms slowly started to disappear until Sorrel wiped her mouth. "Thats better." She said sighing in relief.
Nagi new it was time to leave when he heard the overlord mention him. He climbed down the wall using his vines until he hit solid ground which he then absorbed into in order to get away without being harmed. Nagi knew very well that if he got into a fight with those upper demons that it would bring danger to Rue and with all his heart he didn't want that to happen.
Rue got off oth bench knowing full well Nagi was found due to his recent movements. She felt that his presence left the building so she would find a different spot to wait for his arrival. She pondered what they might of said but quickly dismissed that thought knowing she would find out the answer soon enough.

Jace listened intently to the Overlord and took in each word. He didn't however raise his head yet. This was good because as he spoke to him a chill ran down his spine. The Overlord had been watching and had even waited behind. He had wanted Jace to find him and report not let him come to Jace. Why didn't he realise this? The Overlord would never wastes his time coming to him. Why would he? He was the Overlord. Jace's face showed so much fear he was glad he couldn't be seen by him. He strighten up quick and bowed to the Overlord as he began to leave.
"Leave it too me." He said. One quick glance at Raven and then he jumped off the roof and landed on his feet below.
The demon guide could only be one. Nephilim! Damn the girl. Why was she all of a sudden a centre of his nexus? He cursed. Then he cursed outloud. A thought hit him the shook his confidance. Could he kill her if she was against the Overlord? Not once had he ever hesitated at killing. But for a brief moment he was thinking about it. He made his way after her. Her scent easy to pick up. He made his way after her, not knowing what he was going to do.

Kokusho's 'avatar' landed not far from the armoured one that Raven described. His wings folded themselves and melted into his back. He wrapped his hood around his head and hide himself carefully. He watched for a few moments at a safe distance. A creature he hadn't seen before pestered the man yet he held firm. It seemed that he was armoured in his mind as well as in form. Kokusho took a few steps closer, hidden from sight. As the strange creature began to drag the armoured figure off he stepped forward and quickly place himself in front of the pair.
"Hello there dears." He said, his voice sly and almost hidden. He grinned, a sharp row of teeth showing. Yet he let no aura of threat come out. Powerful people could always tell what was and wasn't threatening. And he wasn't being threatening. He was merely starting a conversation. "This is the demonic flames of choas. Welcome to Thanatos you one. You would be wise to learn quickly in this land."
Royo turned back around, and his eyes falled him. Before him stood the very demon in which he shot three times. But with bullets of holy nature. This was impossible. "Who.....are you."
"I am Chaos Incarnate. And you have run out of time."
Raven lunged forward, and twisted. Coming around with his spiked boot. The mid section directed sweep kick held much force behind it. Blocking it alone would prove fatal. Raven would see what this boy would really do.
".....................Interesting."
Raven stood, balanced on his right foot, with his left leg still in the air. Only held against the forearm, and shoulder of the human child. The boy's mouth moving quite quickly as his strength grew stronger, and stronger, and Raven's leg being pushed back.
"Through the grace of the Lord, I SAY NAAAAAA!!"
Royo wrapped his right arm around the demon's leg, and grabbed hold with his left. He stepped back with his left foot, while pivoting with his right, and spinned to his left. Sweeping the demon off his feet, and throwing him into the inn. Causing a great deal of it to crumble, and fall. Royo stood with a serious look on his face. He reached behind him for his lance but grabbed only air. His eyes widened. "He couldn't have." Royo rran, and gracefully jumped into the broke inn. Landed where the demon's body should be. It was gone. Royo stood shocked, and confused. What was he??"
Raven, slowly forming from the feet up, stood with a cross lance in his left hand. Interesting. This item had blessed attribute to it. Lucky for Raven his right hand was the cursed one. If not then he would be dead by now. The boy was truly interesting as while. By calling on his "faith", and chaneling it to his arms, and legs he was able to not only block, and divert the flow of enery through his bod harmlessly to the ground, but he was able to swing him around, and throw him, like a ball, into the inn. Raven only called his wings, and used them to block the impact, and fly away using the dust, and smoke from the throw as a blanket to escape.
He now stood with a smirked under his clocked face, watching the boy ,with his confused face, and smiling. He set the lance down, and smiled. " Reenie. Have this item taken to my corridors. I'll be there shortly."
Raven jumped, effortlessly, into the air, and landed with a loud boom. Shaking the ground before the inn, and sending vibrationing into the air. He was not alone for as soon as he landed another sound came, yet it was a sliding sound, and the fluttering of words. Raven pulled his cloak to the side, and popped his neck. Looking only 15 or so yard away, and seeing his challenge. The boy.
"You took something of mine."
"True"
"I'd like it back."
"Not possible."
"Then I shall claim your forsaken life for my own."
"So be it."
Royo, and the demon both stood staring at one another. The another not making a move till the other did first. Silence betook them as they waited on each other. Not a one moving at all.

Nephilim looked up a short while after Royo left her side she felt a chill, "So the overlord is intrested in the humans and myself huh? This could be troublesome to my research......" she mumbled to herself. She looked over at Nazeroth and Crine, they were being confronted by an avatar of the overlord, she smiled smugly, she knew no demon in the lounge would dare speak to the overlord or acknowledge him, they KNEW whenever he showed up and it wasn't a formal event it meant bad news usually and that it's best to just avoid him.
Shortly after that a crash in the wall got her attention, she sighed and walked passed everyone and went outside to see Royo and Raven fighting. "I should help, ....but I won't I kinda wanna see what he's capable of as well....." she thought as she stepped back into a shadow and melded with it. She reappeared on a bench a few feet away, she leaned back against the bench and watched as they had a stare down. Then she noticed Reenie standing over Royo's lance. She was creating a magic transport circle which was easily done if you had the summoning stones for it.
"Okie Dokie Raven! Sorry Mister Royo!" Reenie said then she flew to the lance. She touched the pendant on her lance and mumbled some words in the language of the Fae. Soon red circles with inscriptions and designs started glowing under the lance and her and with a small distortion of their appearences they dissappeared with the circles.
Reenie appeared in the summoning room of the castle, "Okay! Master Raven wants this taken to his room, and he's not taking it out on me if it doesn't get done so suck it up you big babies and carry it there!" she yelled in a somewhat demanding but still friendly hyper voice as some demon servants tried to move the lance but couldnt even get close enough to touch it with out getting hurt, while Reenie was sitting on it.
"I don't see what's so hard about this......" she mumbled and poutted. Soon they found a psy demon servant who was able to move the staff to Raven's room.
Zephi looked at Clive and smiled, "Well not real......," she stopped mid sentence as someone crashed into the wall she had a feeling it was bad news for them, "Yes! Please get Kaja to Hatori you can check Kaja's key to see what room they have, Sorrel you go with him and make sure Hatori is woken and know's something's up and see if he can do anything about Kaja," she stated then she ran outside to see Royo and some man she didn't know fighting. "Royo what's going on?!" she asked as she tried to asess how strong the demon was by his aura.

(OOC: Interesting. If he is then all I'll do is split in two. Two Kokusho's in the same battlefield means legendary rule should kick in. Can't stop that.
Nephilim could be the Ink-Treader. But there's only one way to prove it (Lightning Helix?) and I'd rather not have that chaos.)
Kokusho move quickly to be by Nazeroth, he moved his mouth back into the correct place and rested an arm over the mans shoulder.
"Now, now being a bit harsh ain't we? I only asked a few questions. You see I'm a physical person myself." He looked at his hand. An eye looked back, "I believe in what I can see. If I can see it then its real. I'm just in awe that you could believe that something you can't see. Is it my fault if I think people need something more. It's why I rule isn't it? So that these dear demons can have something to look up too. Something real." He closed his hand and the eye disappeared. He moved away from Nazeroth. His feet glided softly across the ground. His face emerged out the back of his head. In fact his whole body molded so it would still face him.
"So if you please. Explain why you believe in something you can't see?"

"You should not ask this one what is the matter. You should be asking this.........demon, here what the problem is. Judging by his aura he is a high ranked demon. Strong yes yet blank. I see no reason as to why you target me."
"Because human do NOT belong in this world. You bring disgrace to our land."
"We do not belong. YOU ARE AN SIN AGAINST GOD. You come to are lands, and kill our people. Our families, friends, relatives, lovers, enemies...........parents. The lot of you are forsaken souls. I feel no mercy for the likes of any of you. No return what you have stolen."
"As i stated, it cannot be done."
"Then prepare yourself."
"Again you repeat yourself, stop wasting my time, and come at me."
"AHHHHHHHH"
Royo slid his right foot back, and cocked his right arm back as well. His clothes began to sway as a light began wrapping itself around his right hand. Glowing brightly as Royo lowered his head, blocking his eyes from view. The ground under him began to slightly crack, and dust began turned, and turning around him. God's power filled the boy. Being channeled by him into his right hand. thought held tight in a fist Royo's skin began to peel. His knuckled first. Only slightly yet the pain was increasingly strong.
Raven's expression changed quickly. The energy was not only noticable yet you could feel it drawing demonic energy toward it, and purifing it. Raven slid his right foot back as well, and pulled his cloak from his body. Throwing it down, and grinning. His right hand for the first time came into view. Diablo, as Raven called it, flewed, and it's razor sharp claws gleamed. Raven grinned, and cocked his right arm back, just as Royo. Only his hand was set ablaze, and the surrounding area as well. Raven eyed the boy, and shook his head.
"Come with it then."
"My pleasure...."
Royo dashed forward with divine grace. Covering the area between the two in only three long strides. Before reaching the smirking demon Royo throw his body weight to the left, and slid in a tail spin directly before the demon. Coming around with the added force, and momentum of the spin, and throwing a jab directly for the demon's face.
Raven smirked as the boy throw the punch. Raven come downward with demonic fury just as the royo threw his own. There fists connected in a flash of flames, and white light. Then an explosion. Both disappeared in the smoke. The only thing left being the boy's hat, and Raven's cloak.
Raven stood against a treee over twenty six feet away from the explosion. A wide blood thristy grin across his face as he eyed the humans. The boy was no where to be found. So raven laughed, and began to strool his way toward the young girl who seemed most intrested in the boy. (Zephi)

Nazeroth still didn't trust the man's immature intent, but decided to give him the benefit of the doubt.
"Why do you insist this can't see it? You can see the power of god... the same way you see the magical energy you manipulate. At first it is invisible, something you cannot see, but you have an awareness of its power and then you bring it in, and the power glows and takes form. Its as simple that, child. This one's life is a evidence of that power. This one has no training in magic or in swordmanship, not a moment of this one's life has been spent out of the cloister, yet this one has fought and lived and opponents greater than himself. And that is only because this one does not fight as this one, but as a tool of the God and Goddess. You may be blithe to ignore their power and call it magic, but the two things are different. One is a power stemming from the world, where what this one uses comes directly from the divine host."

"I can't hope to win against him but maybe I can atleast stop him!" she thought as she glared at him waiting for him to make a move. She placed her foot back slightly "So come at me then Demon!"

Raven stopped, not even 5 feet away from the young human, and laughed. "Your fighting spirit is strong, young one. But you shall share the fate of the young human boy." Raven grinned, and held his cursed right hand out toward the young human. Thanato's eternal flames began to drew into the palm of his hand, and take the shape of a whip. Raven drew his arm back, and the whip swung back with it. Raven chuckled, and threw his arm forward, only to have it caught by the left hand of a familiar human boy.
"Why will you not give up??"
Royo stood, barely, with his left hand gripping the demons right. The flames subsided, and disappeared. Blood ran clearly down the left side of Royo face, and down his right arm. Yet Royo stood, hat missing, with divine flames burning in his eyes. He looked the demon sqaure in the eyes, and drew his right hand back, came forward with a devestating right jab, sending the demon flying back crashing into a few tress, and a small shack. Royo steadly humbled his way back to Zephi, and fell to his knees. Exhasuted. His vision blurred as he looked the beautiful girl in her face.
"Someone as nice, and humbe as yourself shouldn't fight such dangerous demons. That is why i am here. For you my lady, and the will of God."
Royo slightly chuckled before leaned over in pain. His right hand burning with invisible flames of strain, and curruption. Touching that demon had hurt him more then the flames.

"Really?" Kokusho began thinking his mind a buzz with ideas and thoughts. Then a new idea struck him. "Ok then. If what you say is true then maybe your god can be a physical thing. And all physical things can be destroyed. So lets test the might of your god to mine. And if he is willing to put his power through those who serve him then so shall I. You will fight with my men. My tools. We will see who is most powerful." he floated off the ground for a bit.
"If my men are defeated by you and the other warriors of the gods and goddess you speak off. Then I will submit myself to your god and leave your realm alone." He grinned mockingly. "But if we win. then all those that remain will forsake there god and turn to me instead or else die." He cracked his fingers and smiled, "That sounds fair. If you have so much faith in him then he will deliver. Untill then." He grinned and burst into his bat forms. Each one laughed manicly while they flew away.

Jace sneaked up behind Nephilim, who was engrossed by the fight below. Stupid raven was too much of a brute. But he was fighting well. Truely the avatar he claimed to be. Jace wondered if he could take him on as he was. But that was a thought for another time. Jace wrapped one hand around nephilim's mouth and the other around her chest.
"Silent please." He asked, "I have a few questions for you. You seemed to have taken an interest in this humans. Why? What are you planning? It would be best not to lie right now. I like you and the last thing I want to do is hurt you."

Zephi 's aura faded and she kneeled down infront of Royo, I'm no more important to our mission than you are, and I won't leave you to fight this guy alone," she said. "I might not be as good of fighter as you but it's better than trying to take him on by yourself silly," she said adding a smile to hopefully make him feel more certain that they could do this. "I'm just sorry I don't have any healing abilities, as a priest I should so that I can heal you all when you need it. All I can say is we have to strong right now...." she added as she stood up and looked at the dust cloud in the distance settling.
Nephilim was about to flip the being that grabbed her when she heard the familiar voice of Jace, at first she was excited that he sought her out but then she heard why and sighed as he released her so she could speak.
She flew up and then landed on the ground a few feet away facing him. "I'm sorry Jace, I'm intrested in humans because I am. Their emotions allow for some intresting things to be found. And there are a few other things they hold but I can't really reveal them to you at this time, I'm sorry." she explained. She held eye contact with him for a few moments longer then sighed. "I really don't wish to fight you, and probably can't hope to possibly beat you but at this very moment you'd kill me before you'd get anything else out of me." she added with a sad tone in her voice.
"There are things no one in this world is aware of and these humans could possibly lead the way to them, I can't let you are the Overlord Kokusho stop me at the moment, but if me following my path makes us enemies then so be it." she said as she looked at him, she didn't hide her sorrow from having to say that, emotions weren't a weakness in her opinion. She stood firm and ready for what he would say next to asess if she would need to wield her scythe and stand against him.
"......We probably can't beat this guy by ourselves, Oh God and Goddess, protect us from the darkness inside this demon and help us to continue on." Zephi prayed as she helped Royo up. "What do you wanna do Royo?" she looked to him seeking his opinion on the situation.

"No! Not physical child, there are two substances in this world." It was like talking to a wall! But he had to be patient. But the man just continued on of his own accord without really caring what Nazeroth had to say. Nazeroth groaned, he had been right all along, the man had never really cared about what Nazeroth had to say. Nazeroth sighed and sat back down.
And now apparently a bunch of people were going to try to kill him for what appeared to be no reason. Nazeroth offered a prayer to God. How had that man equated his magic metaphor with phyiscal? That didn't make any sense. You can't destroy magic, you can dispel the from it takes and reduce it to its inert form, but the magic never goes away. In fact you can't really destory matter either. You can kill the things made out of it, but the stuff its self remains and is conserved. Shaking his head, Nazeroth looked at the table. Well, the worst that could happen was that Nazeroth could loose his life. It wasn't as if Nazeroth had any power to make people surrender to... whoever that was. Especially since he had never actually agreed. The man had just talked to himself with Nazeroth just happening to be nearby.
Nazeroth grinned a little darkly, "This on supposes that man proves the saying, plants with no roots don't grow."

Royo stumbled to his feet. Happy someone was at his side, much like the Lord. With her help he stood to his feet. balanced against her as well. He only coughed, and slightly grinned. "Demons know nothing but war. We should retreat for now. That demon is by far very powerful. His cursed right arm holds devestaing strength. Being hit by that could mean death." Royo shook his head, getting the hazing vision out of the way, and began walking back towards the inn. Once inside he laid himself down, and breathed heavily. The blood lose was getting to him. His right hand shook with violent fury. Yet the boy give priase to the lord, and thanked him for giving him the strength to protect the girl.
"He'll be back. Sooner or later. He was teting me. Trying to see what we are like, and if we can defend ourselves. I hope I did not disappoint our friend." Royo chuckled, and closed his eyes. Praying as he tied to calm his body down.
Raven stood with a smirk on his face. The boy's punch held much power in it. Though it wasn;t his full it was strong enough to force him back. The power of there god was quite amazing.
"My lord. I have teted the boy, and find him most interesting. I'll leave them be for now. More information is needed before I make my move."

Sorrel paced the room back and forth in concern of the confrontation going on. "Why can't I do anyhting of use?" She thought to herself plumeting deeper into her own self pity and her worry for her comrades. It had been a couple hours since the fighting began and since she found herself trapped in this room for her own safety. She looked over to her companions, Hatori and Kaja who was laying on the bed. "Will this fight ever end, Hatori?" She asked sullenly.
Rue sat faraway on a building top watching the fight like she had been doing since they started. When Rue told her what he found out she wasn't suprised. The overlord of this world was like a small child most of the time. He was like a little boy who got a new toy and wanted to try it out. Thats what all these humans were...toys to be played with, pokeed, and proded. "This has nothing to do with you," Hatori said putting his book down, "It's his own damn fault."

"I mean it's his fault this happened," Hatori said sounding less upset, "A few days before this at the hospital there was a little girl and one of the doctors..Shiro he doesn't really like Kaja, Kaja tried to give him a differing opinion on how to treat the girl, he said the girl would die."
Hatori stared at the floor and then back at Sorrel.
"She got the wrong treatment no one listened to Kaja and she died and Kaja took that to heart," Hatori said, "He hasn't been eating well nor taking it to well and I'm sure this is a result of that, why he beats himself up so much on these things...these little trivial things I will never understand it, but it has nothing to do with you and you did help...he needs rest and he shouldn't have even come to Thanatos."

Nephilim sighed after Jace left, "I wonder what ends this omen will bring....." she thought, "Oh well atleast I didn't have to fight him!" she said out loud happily as she walked back towards the inn. "Belh I'm too tired to stay up any longer." she mumbled as she passed a few demons and some of the humans as she walked to her room. She put her bags down in a chair and walked over to her bed. She laid down on it with her knees still hanging over the edge and stared up at the ceiling for a short while as she thougth about what to do. The with one last sigh she heaved herself up washed away the wear and tear the day had put on her and fell asleep.

She knocked on his door and then walked in, "Royo?" she called out, "I'm not the best medic in the world but I'm an okay one.... Lemme have a look at you and help treat your wounds," she stated as she walked over to him. She set her bag down next to his bed and reached in it and pulled out a first aid kit. The bleeding slowed true yet his right arm still shook. It came from the strain of battle, and the connection of the different eneries. The Lord's, and the Currupted. Royo used his left hand to grab hold of his shoulder, and closed his eyes. Lowering his head.
"The right hand of justice comes at a price. Man was not created to rule the power of God. We can only allow his grace to fill us, and use what he was given us to fight for his cause against the darkness. Do you agree?"

Sorrel smiled at the fact that Hatori was going to be a father soon. "Congrats on the baby coming. I didn't think you were that old." She said giggling. "I hope we all make it back to the other side so you can see your wife give birth." She said happily before a small frown appeared on her face.
"I don't think could ever leave behind what you are. I'm not really all that brave when it comes to that kind of stuff." Sorrel said rising from the bed. "I think I'm going to go for a walk since it seems that its quieted down a bit outside."
She left the room quickly wanted to get out of the stuffy room to clear her head and think for a bit. Everything was happening so fast that she couldn't take it anymore. It was only the groups irst day there and it turnes hectic. Sorrel began to walk the streets of the town gazing upon the destruction that happend and admiring the town on its unique build.

Nazeroth sighed as he watched zephie and royo return from wherever they had gone. Royo was bleeding and injured, however that hardly struck Nazeroth as much of a surprise. The boy had always seemed to have more zeal than sense. While Zeal was a valuable virtue if brought to rein by a cool head, without the latter Zeal could be a very dangerous thing indeed. He sighed and hoped that whatever fight that they had gotten into was inevitable. He'd hate to have to lecture Royo about starting fights like he had crine. But as a priest it had been his duty. And for all that had changed over the years he was still a priest at heart.
Out of the corner of his eye Nazeroth noticed one of the girls, Sorrel, leave the inn and he followed. He knew of the violent history between demons and human, and while he was not a racist, he knew that there was a higher risk of violence upon her than in a normal human city, which themselves could be dangerous for an unescorted lady. He followed behind her, calling, "Child, where are you going so late? Is it not best to return to the inn and catch what sleep you may before we arise in the morn?"
Zephie smiled at Royo's attempt to avoid her concern, "For one who speaks so much of God, you often forget that there is a goddess to... and on equal footing with god at that. She represents the love of life, and in that respect, concerned, and yes worry, for the well being of others." She frowned in concentration as she looked at his wound, and with a sigh she focused herself on her work.
"If all you must suffer for this arms use is pain and blood... than while unpleasant, this is a small price to pay. There are far worse prices one can pay for power and the will to fight. We must always becareful that we do not pay them." she maintained her focus nodding to herself, "Yes... but we must remember that it is a grace. We cannot merit it. We must protect others because it is right, not because of command or because of power."
She smiled as she pulled away from the now patch wounds, "there... all done!"

Raven returned to his corridors, and closed the door tight. Looking at the Cross Lance whcih laid on his bed. Raven grabbed it with his left hand, and it gave a slight shock. He only grinned, and swung it around. Then throwing it into a demon which carelessly opened his door. Forgetting to knock. The lance purified, and turned the demon to dust.
"So you kill lesser demons with only a touch. How many strikes would it take to kill me??"
Raven's mouth watered at the thought of the boy, Royo, defeating him. Although powerful in the grace of the lord the boy was, Raven saw threw his act. His right hand was cursed. Not by the devil, much like himself, but by God. With his right hand that boy could do damage. His punch was powerful, yes, yet lacked confidence. The boy wasn't sure he could defeat him. That weakened his devestating blow. However it was well more then enough to knock him clean 25 yards. For that Raven respected the boy.
"Reenie, I'm done with this object. Return it to the boy."
Raven slightly chuckled, and laid on his bed. Staring at his right arm as he slowly drifted to sleep.
Royo hissed in pain from some of the wrappings. Though the site of Zep gave him a glimmer of hope, and kindness. Her speaking of the Goddes of Life only made Royo laugh. He nodded in agreement.
"But as the Lord does the Goddess not have a wraith like no other? The God's p[unishment is grave, yet you are correct. Pain, and blood is a small price to pay for the strength on the Lord on your side. Hopefully next time the Goddess will grace us with her power. If that demon returns?"
Royo sat up when he was done. SMiling at her, and flexxing his arms. His waist still hurt yet his arms felt better. He made a fist, and released it. Praying, and giving thanks to the Lord for shining his grace upon him, and praying for a safe journey, and continuation for the rest of the quest.
"So what say you join me for a meal. Demon's must eat something other then humans."
