Unstoppable?

If Kenpachi ever did achieve Bankai, Who do you think could stop him? No restraints, a fight to the death. He's already in the top-5 of the captains(in my opinion), but how much would be needed to stop him in a Bankai-induced adrennaline rush?

Probably no one, if he takes his eye patch off and all. Maybe Yamamoto or Aizen?

I think his unbridled lust for violence, and complete honesty about it is why he's one of my favorite characters.

He would be unstopabale. I cant think of anyone that would beat him just because of the fact that if other people get wonded they sutmble or react in someway, he on the other hand is practially invulnerable to all pain; or at least oblivious.

I really think he would be completely unstoppable! I mean, imagine if he like learned the name of his sword and achieved bankai. He would be so destructive. Plus, as a poster above me said already, he somehow just doesn't get affected by pain. He almost thrives off of it in some ways.

First of all he dose not know the true name of his zanpacto but he says it is released already right? I think he is wrong. As soon as the owner of a soul slayer passes out it returns to normal. His did not. It could be because it is so strong it just can not be placed in a sealed state.
The base power of someone that gets bankai increases 5 to 10 fold or something like that so kenpachi with that power increase without releaseing Ban-kai would already be insanly powerful and prolly the strongest.

Of course it isn't released. But about passing out and returning to normal. Ichigo was pretty dead when Ulquiorra "killed him". And his sword still was in Shikai ;)

Well, I haven't seen that episode, but Ichigo's sword is pretty much stuck in Shikia, right?

Maybe it is because he is part hollow that it is. it only happened when he got done gaining back his shinigami powers.
