New group?!!!!!!????!!!????%

I feel there should be a new group added instead of just talking about mech and feudal and ect. type anime and magna i feel there should be a group for anime that is more suspensful. like a group that would contain the code geass's and the death notes. and all the other shows the anime and magna that make people kill themselvers on the inside waiting for the next week episode on tv. the shows that make you want to hak the network to get the episode. there needs to be a thread talking about the shows and feeling of people that feel the shows need to go on and need to be suspensful. thats how i feel and i know some are with me.

Code Geass doesn't fall under the genre of "suspense". It's a mecha series.

DeathNote doesn't fall under "suspense". It's a supernatural series.


While they may contain suspense, it's not such a high-priority theme that it would be a "genre" of that series.
All series with a constant, serious plot make you anxious for the next episode.

A "Suspense" forum is just too broad, and too vague.

Then what could there be. possibly an overlab. where people can get together and talk about shows that are suspenseful. what other shows are suspensful if these arent.

Suspense is just a quality that shows have. It isn't a genre in and of itself, and it therefore can't be a forum.

Each "suspense" show can be talked about in threads within it's own forum. If you want to make a thread about what shows are suspenseful and so-forth, start one in General, that's what it's for.

Suspense can happen in any type of show. Supernatural, Mecha, Magical Girl, etc.

However, it needs mechs to be considered Mecha. It needs someone like Pretty Sammy or Sailor Moon to be Magical Girl. Does that help make it any clearer? A suspense catergory could very well include every single Anime and Manga ever created.
