What is the thing around Go Koga, the Bounts, neck?

Haha, I was just watching an episode with Go Koga, one of the bounts, and was wondering what that thing is around his neck. It looks like a pair of DJ style headphones, but I was just wondering what you guys think it is. I am not complete with season 4 yet, but he seems like deep down, even though he is a bount, he has a kind heart.
