Help!!!!!!!!!!

How do I make my personal photo fit? no matter what I do I can't get it to fit!!!!!!!
and I will probably need it in step by step ways because well I'm not very good at this stuff

Make your personal photo fit? What do you mean? If you mean photo manipulation or editing, use Adobe Photoshop. If you mean make it smaller, very simple:

1: Load the picture in Photoshop
2: Go to Image > Image Size
---> Make sure Contrain Proportions is checked so your picture doesn't get twisted when you resize it.
3: For easier resizing, instead of using pixels, use percent instead and adjust the size to your liking.

OK I'm so sorry to bother you all again but now it keeps popin up with same picture over and over I downsized that pic and it still messed up...... I'm such a nuseince can't even spell anything
