Ah, Darn, I was looking, too. I wish I had seen this while I had it. I was undefeated too lol. I had been playing Dark souls recently, but I had unlocked everything possible and had sent it back to Gamefly. It would have been cool to challenge you.

If I were planning on getting one of the two, which is better? I might just get both...

My birthday is this month, and I'm buying myself a DS. Well, maybe. I might wait till next month, depends on if I can spare $200 to blow on game stuff.

Well, some of the characters of Dark souls have been seriously downgradd, but others upgraded. Dark souls have more characters, though. But if you are a fan af Kenpachi(like me XD) Then Blade of Fate makes him almost god-like if you know how to play him right. He has the most down grades in the jump to Dark Souls.

And they're coming out with another one? For what, DS?

I went ahead andpicked up the DS tonight, because I felt like it. I guessed right, I got Bleach and Force Unleashed, and it ran me 200 and some coin.

I got Dark Souls because 1up reviews made me think it's the better of the two. So far I'm just doing the story mode to learn the game...it's harder than Mortal Kombat, IMO. Anyway, some of the puzzle fights make me feel like a retard, but it's a nice change of pace.

I do like Kenpachi and want to play as him, but if I recall, I wanted some of the extra characters that Dark Souls has. No big deal to get the Blade of Fate later on, though.

I thought Izuru was harder to beat than Kenpachi though, but that may have been for the sake of the learning curve...Zangetsu is fun to have, but I think Ichigo is too slow.

Yeah, it is coming out on September 15, 2009. It is called Bleach: The 3rd Phantom. However, it is going to be a turn based RPG. I love turn based RPGs so, I think I will like it. I read it will have the characters from Dark Souls with some extras.

After having Dark Souls for a few days, I can see what you mean about Kenpachi. I don't know what he was like in Blade of Fate, but he's pretty much useless in Dark Souls. And you know, I was kind of hoping for Rukia to NOT be in a gigai. There are enough hand to hand characters to play with.

Byakuya kind of sucks too, though.

revile: I told you, right? I can still stomp some people with Kenpachi, but some have been downgraded. My friends still think Kenpachi from Blade of fate is useless, but like I said, I memorized the commads and never used the touch screen, and mastered everything his techniques could throw out. He seems almost invincible, and only has one weakness.

I believed it, I just picked Dark Souls first because it had more people to play with. I will probably pick up Blade of Fate later on, when I get my next round of DS stuff. I have almost completed Story Mode, and still need to beat Force Unleashed before I look for new games. I'm looking forward to the new one coming later this year too.

It's hard to say who the strongest character is in Dark Souls. Ichigo is probably one of the easiest to use, and I've found Renji is pretty easy once you get the hang of his extended reach. Shuhei and Soi Fon are fun too.

I'm not surprised by Kenpachi since we talked about it before I bought it, but you know, I thought Ikkaku and Byakuya would be better as well. Ikkaku is very limited and Byakuya has a rather short reach - and I thought he'd be faster. I'm sure I just need to mess with him more.

Seriously though, I understand Menos Grande and all, but who really wants to play as Bonnie? Couldn't we get something useful?

Ha, yeah it should be sweet with the wi-fi and all that. I wonder how that would work with it being a tactics rpg though. Still though, it will be a nice change to the Bleach video game.

revile: I know what you mean. As fast as Byakuya is, they mde him sluggish. And I agree, bonnie is a waste of time. She's even worse in Blade of Fate, cuz she has no attacks(with buttons)

Zeke0990: I guess it would be like playing Final Fantasy, but you bring in your team that you have leveled up and going against the team the other guy/girl trained.
