hey sponkeh, welcome welcome.
I would like to see the character a bit brighter. Also, some of the effect in the background are cool, but are really hard to see. Subtle design is great, but you still want people to see them. Maybe lowering the intensity of the scan lines would help (from 100% to maybe 75%? play around with it).

Nice!!! I would prefer if Naruto is actually above the scanline.. but that's just my personal preference. And I agree with Pooky to lower the opacitiy of the scanline as well ^___^

Naruto and the text should be above the scanlines...not bad otherwise.

I agree about the above scan lines. Nice wall. Freakin' raccoon.

veeery nice wall, i agree only wih one thing, make the char a bit brighter, but i dont think you absolutely need to put those scan line on the background only, gives more style to the wall

good wall I like it, but like the others I think that you maybe could put the cara over the lines, well that´s what I think ^^

thanks for the replies all .. too bad I flattened the char to the background to make it look smoother.. and the scanlines over the char also helps it looks smoother .. the char is from a screencapture and it looks a bit bad without scanlines .. i did make the scanlines more seethroughable(it wasnt at 100% pooky ^^) .. and that made it a little brighter.

yeah, i wouldnt have taken the character out from behind the screen; he looked good there.
