Ghost in the shell 2nd gig

Hello,
I cant find this song from Ghost in the Shell 2nd gig , is the end theme or song , im not sure if this is the original since I got the anime from a friend .
The lyrics go like this
"" Motion with no sound as inside the fire...""
and then it ends ...
Youtube has the OST of all the series but this song is nowhere to be found .
I hope I can find some help here .
