hey i was wondering, does all the pple that are putting the scan/char/main pict at the left use macs? or just for fun(caues i know its more original but its kinda stupid to hide the icons...)?

some people DO have their icons on the right (Macs, others, etc). This is why I generally don't put words on my wallpapers. If I hear anymore complaining about the-icons-will-hide-the-picture or the-picture-is-on-the-wrong-side, im going to scream! Just an FYI though, if you do put the main image on the left, I would suggest making a flipped version or allowing it to be flipped easily.

to the wallpaper!: the scan is cute! havent seen it before! The words are fun and fit the wallpaper. colors in the background suit it well.

The stuff in the background is hand drawn with the pen tool. I don't mind having the pictures on the left or right side, everyone has their own preferences, I personally experiment. Sometimes I let the icons be on auto arrange, sometimes I hide em, sometimes I just arrange em so I still have icons but they're somewhere else that doesn't disturb the picture. Anyway, I flipped the pictures to the right - so now they're mostly left handers >.<

One of these days, if I've got the time, I think I'll take the original pic and draw in Motoko and just shift the picture to the right instead of having it flipped =\

I don't think there's a problem with the pic on the left side, since I turned off all of my icons. :P

Which brush? The only brushes I used I got off Spoono =D And I think I'll stick to the wall with the pic on the left side, I still prefer them right handed rather than left =D *ah~ be quiet all you icons-must-be-on-the-right-people! :D* The scan came from one of the resource sites, I just dropped by and saw it. Actually, it's been there for a LOOONG time, I was wondering why no one used it. So, I used it XD
