hmm........I think you need to get A LOT more people before you can start this kind of a chat room, or perhaps FServe some images/movies on it!

No, you dont need that many people to have a irc chat. And if you served anything it then wouldnt be a chat. lol :P

2 people minimum needed ... or someone who have got problems and speaking to himself :D ... its not that complex ...

You can just set up a room on a server aslong as no one is in the room in the first place we can easally make a chatroom people will just need mirc.

The channel should be ion the mirc-x server since their is alot of anime stuff their...
