I like most of the espada. My list would be shorter if it were "Espada you don't like" so here they are:

Yammy-Always thought he was annoying and his release is just stupid. The jump? Really now?
Grimmjow-His release looked stupid.
The guy with tons of eyes. Forgot his name, but he was stupid. And Byukuya totally owned him.

I agree and im suprised. I mean surely if you get owned by ichigo that cuts down on your awesomeness - I mean look at kenpachi. A complete badass but he got beat up (or cut up?) by a punk kid, who is so compensating with the size of his zanpakto...

I voted stark - he is 'cool' in the 'ice cold' sense of the word - I cant wait to see the result of his fight with shunsui. Though I hope he looses. Any man who can pull off a pink kimono deserves to win hands down IMO

Ulquiorra anyday. He was my fav Espada from the start and would take hes side anytime. Hes attitude , personality , strength , everything about him makes him what he is.

I kinda like Stark because he is just so laid back, and you know he is strong because he is nummber 1, so he is kind of mysterious in that sense. Plus from what I have seen, it seems like he tries to avoid fighting like at all costs almost; unless he really has to.

I used to have alot of favorites like stark and gimmjow and hallibel but i gave those up because
1 starks a "Happy" cowboy.........
2 grimmjows released form is like wtf that's really um "special" looking
3 hallibels released form was disappointing
ulliqauria was the only espada that is really awesome
2nd is defiantly Nnoitra

basically the reason its not grimmjow even though he is awesome is it was like renji where you where like OMG this is my Fav character then renji got bankai and it was like "wow thats really lame why can't he do anything or hurt anyone". except grimmjows just looked stupid.

all my statements are just my oppinion so don't get to angry over them im really criticle of most things.

Having followed the fight, I stand on my vote earlier. Starrrk isnt OTT or unnecessarily angry, nor is he as uptight and sadistic is no. 4... But even so, boy did he get owned. In his defence though

he managed to beat down 2 captains with released zanpakto and hollow masks, with no apparant effort

It was between Grimmjow and Ulquiorra for me, but Grimmjow won... he has more personality that Ulquiorra, and whilst Ulquiorra might be stronger, i prefer characters that you can love and hate at the same time because of their personality- Grimmjow is that Espada for me ^^

I chose Grimmgow, he seemed to be the biggest rebel of the Espada.
Another Espada I liked but it was more because I felt sorry for him was Number 7. It was one of few fights that I actually hoped the Espada would win. I just find Byakuya's attitude is pretty atrocious and he has no respect for anyone but feels people like Ichigo should respect him, even though Ichigo beat him.
I may have voted Nelliel if she was included as she was pretty cool but I see former Espada like her and Luppi aren't in the list, not that I resent not being able to vote Luppi, one of the coolest moments in the series to me was when Grimmgow had his number 6 tatoo restored and killed Luppi to take back his place.
