(Watashi wa anata no ojou-sama de atte, douji ni anata no meido demo aru no desu.)

And the second sentence:

僕は君の御主人様であって、同時に君の執事でもある。
(Boku wa kimi no goshujin-sama de atte, douji ni kimi no shitsuji demo aru.)
