I would suggest working on the extraction of the images. The edges are very choppy. i would also suggest keeping the use of words/dates to a minimum, make them an addition to the wallpaper not necessarily the central point. they are distracting from the images.
Good wallpapers take time, hours and a lot of work, so don't be discouraged at the amount of time and tweaking required. ^_^

a day lol..... I've spent over 30 hours on one wall, and my current wall has taken me almost a month, and is still not done yet. Most of the really good walls will take that long, if not longer, to complete. Thats why its wallpaper of the MONTH, and not week.

The bg is a bit plain and the extractions are rough...

It is important to give a wallpaper unity. For example, you used a couple of gray scale pictures and a colored one at the middle. For me, the wallpaper did not give me a sense of good blending hence the result that it looked just slapped together.
Besides that, the rest are already mentioned. :)
Keep wallpapering!

yeah i think the fringe of the people image is not very good you should pay more patience and times on it and let it more smooth is that ok?
