hard choice but my two favorites would have to be half hollow mask ichigo and ichigo bankai. then maybe full hollow ichigo with bakai havent seen it yet but it looks cool

It's not a Hollow. It's an Espada. What we saw before when he was training with the Vaizards was a Hollow. This one looks completely different, and Ulquiorra comments on how he seems exactly like an Espada, even able to use their special Cero.

It's not just an Espada form. Ichigo's latest transformation is like Ulquiorra's "Resurreccion Segundo Etapa" (Resurrection Second Stage). That's an Espada's second release, which supposedly only Ulquiorra has. Ichigo skipped right past Espada, and into the Espada's second release form. :D

And yes, this form of his is my favorite ever! Ulquiorra's second release is really cool as well...

Truth be told that was a normla cero also. just that the Cero he unleashed while training with the Vivard.

U know what...ur right that cero didnt even seem to special not urukiora which was black
