Is it worth it if you want to learn Japanese online?

Well, my two cents? Learn it in class, that's a lot better. When you can't, learn through books.

I don't have time for either.

I got the CD-Rom for Chinese.

Do you know of any good sites to learn how to speak it?

There are a lot of free websites for learning Japanese. Here's a link off the top of Google that might start you off:
http://learnjapanese.elanguageschool.net/

And another that provides quite a few links that should be helpful:

Keep in mind that learning a language online, or even self-studying through books, can be problematic. For one, you can't ask a teacher for help on something you don't understand (there are a lot of those, you'll find; and usually it's something small that you'll understand if only someone spelled it out for you), and it's also easier to learn when you're following a curriculum planned to fit your level of knowledge, something that's harder to accomplish online, or through just reading.
