No one. All of the Bleach characters are there for a reason.

Pretty much everyone. Perhaps the greatest fault in Bleach is that it has an exess of characters, all of whom Kubo Tite tries to spend significant time and focus on. What he should do is just stick to his main characters, Ichigo, Orihime, Rukia, Chad, Ishida, and treat the rest like the secondary characters that they are. There's no reason why every single side character needs just as much panel-time/screen-time as the main characters. All it does is clog up the story.

I agree to an extent, though I also agree that with so many characters, more time may need to be spent developing some of the more interesting ones. I tihnk the large number originates from bleach stories being created from character design, rather than the other way round - so tite kubo creates a whole load, and puts a story around them as best as can be done. But on the whole 'best as can be done' is pretty good IMO

If there is 1 character who I dont think the series would suffer from loosing, its the 4th division vice captain, who never really does much...

but even then, she is pretty funny (inadvertantly)
