I want something with girls like horo, also with those ears and tail (god knows how there called:unsure: ).

...Darn, you know, kemonomimi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kemonomimi) can't be that unusual a motiff in anime, but I can't think of that many off the top of my head.
