Okay, I finally got around to going through all my old video games and came across Original PlayStation FF 7, 8 and 9 (my mom got in a package deal off of Craig's list) in perfect condition, cases, all disks, and two of them ( 8 and 9 ) have the books (also in perfect condition). I put them in just to make sure they worked, even though they have no scratches, and they did. FF 8 does have the gentley used look on the disks and a two inch crack in the middle-top-front of the case (Which I'll probably replace). Nothing that disrupts playing though.

I'm not a fan of turned-based games and I've been told that's what they are. I got half way through a Shadow Hearts and had to stop from how much the turn-base fighting was killing me. So I have no interest in playing them and GameStop doesn't take old PS games anymore. I'm trying to find out how much to sell them for and where the best place to do so is. If anyone could help me out I'd be very greatful. Thanks in advance.

Black label or Greatest Hits?

If they're all the original black label version you might be able to get up to $150 for the whole set on ebay if you're lucky. However if they're the greatest hits versions you'll probably get around $15 - $20 for each.

Ebay and Amazon are your best bets for selling. And Gamestop would have ripped you off anyways.

8 is Greatest Hits but the other two are black label.

well since FF7 has no book, I'd say $30. As for the other 2 $10-15 for 8 and $15-20 for 9

You could always look for a FF7 manual to make it complete and probably get more for it. Theres a few on ebay now in the $10-$15 range.

here's a buy it now for one thats $9. http://cgi.ebay.com/Final-Fantasy-VII-Instruction-Manual-Only_W0QQitemZ120371421867QQcmdZViewItemQQptZVideo _Games_Games?hash=item120371421867&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1234|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A13 18|301%3A1|293%3A1|294%3A50

Well you're oversea's (to me) so i would say Ebay as its the best place to go.

But i know over in the UK when Advent Children came out their was a massive frenzy of everyone selling their games hoping for the best deal. So their are still quite a few in circulation.

What i would suggest however is get the manual for Final Fantasy VII i'm sure you could get one cheep off Ebay. Then put it up and see how that one goes. It'll be your biggest income. It was the best by far in pretty much everyone's oppinions and if it's not the platinum addition then you will get a fair bit for it. Their are collectors out their still dying to get thier hands on the frist editions.

FFVIII (8) will be your next highest in come (in my mind) people say they hate it but secretly love it. But you said its "Greatest hits" (platinum to me) meaning it takes down the value slightly. But if its in great condition and in working order then that will be on your side.

9 will then be your next in come. Not many people liked it and got bored quickly. But still been the origional and collectors out their they will pay the money.

If you took them to a shop you w ould be looking at 60 - $90 for the lot (doesn't seem worth it could get more on trade)
On Ebay you could be looking at 75 - $110

But please remember i'm in the UK and going on from when i worked at Game shops. Hope i was some what helpful
