To be fair, romanizing it as "wa" isn't wrong, either, if you go by Hepburn romanization.

I go far as to say the reason why I discourage transliterators romanising it as 'ha' is that people who have no clue with Japanese would read it as it is.

Yes I know that the normal anime fan these days are more decent in their Japanese but think of it in a broader sense.
