Kenpachi Zaraki's Zanpakku-Tou/Bankai...

I was wondering what you people think Kenny's zanpakku-tou would look like, or hell even his bankai...I got bored and started thinking about it, and also how strong do you think he'd be if he had a shikai or bankai state O.o

If Kenpachi ever unleashed his Bankai, it doesn't matter what it is, it would be Armeggedon times two! He's already crazy strong, And if he was ever to unleash his blade, he could very well be the strongest in the Soul Society(maybe aside from Head Captain Yamamoto)

Kempachi actually said himself that his sword is always in it's shikai form.

Now then. I think his bankai would be like every time he swung his sword like whatever it touches explodes, or something over the top like that.

Kenpachi never said his sword is always in it's Shikai state. He made a parallel between his reiatsu flowing through it making it seem as though it's always in Shikai. Because he can't hear his zanpakutou's voice and thus can't learn it's name, he cannot achieve Shikai, and in turn, Bankai.

Anyway, he can just "use both hands" like he did against Nnotra.

I Think it reflects off his personality. Eventually he will learn its name he always speaks to it when he is in a good battle.

Here's my theory:

I think that Yachiru is his zanpaktou, and when they met his zanpaktou was put to the limit on how much abuse it could take, it explains why she can't remember anything and why kenpachi named her after someone he admired or whatever, he could have subconsciously remembered yachiru's name after his memory of her was erased through the trauma of a zanpaktou being ripped apart, she even seemed at home playing in the spilled blood of kenpachi's victims, clearly similiar to "ken-chan's" blood lust...

yachiru could even be the bankai form... similiar to how Kajin summons his zanpaktou's true form in his bankai...

her zanpaktou might be the result of an abnormally high spiritual energy, it could be part of kenpachi's original spirit energy just passed on through yachiru

just my thoughts...

so you're saying that its not in shikai state, yet it isnt sealed either..so what state is it in?? i, too, thought his sword was in constant release form like ichi's, oh well.
anywho, ya notice how his sword keeps cutting through things (ichi's sword, 5th espada's sword, and buildings) though im pretty sure its his spirit pressure that allows such cutting, i wont be surprise if the ability of his zanpakutou is to cut anything it touches. would be kinda ironic too since his zanpakutou looks dull-bladed lolz.
