Has to be byakuya kuchiki. His main release is dancing cherry blossoms that kill you on contact. an opponent would just laugh at the blossoms and think nothing of them untill they are sliced from keeping their guard down. One of the coolest anime moves in my opinion.
I could see him getting the ladies with a beautiful and deadly bankai.
