I would really like to see how well a person could cosplay as Piccolo from DBZ. As for the best I've seen: there was a guy from high school who once dressed up as the "Blue Bomber" (the original megaman). One of my classmates once dressed up as a pirate during finals, and it was funny 'cause he even talked like a pirate and everything.
