hey guys ive got a homework to show a clip from something like a movie or a program, that explore determinism i decided to pick Deathnote because i know it plays on this theme but im wondering what episode would be best to use
have you got any ideas which episode i could use?
at the moment i think im going to use episode 4 where they explain the death god eyes

Define determinism. Gosh, it's like they make words up everyday.

or you mean determination?

anyways, i think a part that would really show that, i guess would be the last 3 or 4 episodes...
but i don't have anything specific...

Determinism: The doctrine that events are completely determined by previous causes rather than being affected by free will or random factors.

However, there are various definitions; I found this one to suit Death Note best.

It would be the last two episodes. It's part of Near's plan which Light thinks about which Near thinks ahead that he thinks.

Very confusing, I know, but I'm sure.
