Having researched in depth the language of the game, and listened crarefully to the song, here I post the complete lyrics with their translations for the song (the japanese lines will be left out because these weren't sung in the song, they were only in the inserts to make everyone know of the meaning of the song lyrics).

The on-site translation is here:

http://www.animelyrics.com/game/artonelico/execchronicle.htm

and I'm also doing a little addition to the credits of the song:

EXEC_CHRONICLE_KEY/.

Lyrics:Tomoko Shinoda, Akira Tsuchiya
Composition & Arrangement: Akiko Shikata
Vocal & Chorus: Akiko Shikata
Hymmnos: Akiko Shikata

Album: Ar tonelico Hymmnos Concert Side Blue - Singing the Stars ~ Hoshiyomi

Track #3

Lyrics (Normal lines are the original lyrics, and the italic lines are the translation):

Wee ki ra chs Chronicle Key en grandee sos dius yor.
For the sake of protecting you, my precious person, I shall turn into the
Chronicle Key

Wee ki ra araus tes soare an giue mea iem.
In exchange for the sacrifice of my body, now I shall concentrate in offering this song

Was au ga whai pauwel ferda enter whou na nedle sor,
Why the power dwells and enters in the people that doesn't need it?

en whai pauwel gaunji yasra whou na cenjue sor tou zuieg.
Why the power tortures the kind people that doesn't want to fight for it?

Was au ga, Diasee, Pauwee,
In this sadness, oh, Child of God, Child of Power

aiph yos delij zuieg, en nedle eterne falfa,
If you detest the fighting and seek the eternal peace

slepir tes pauwel an hyzik,
I shall send to sleep your power and your body

fatere tes pauwel chs deleir, en ousye yor.
or the power will turn into a calamity, and it will bring ruin upon you

Wee ki ra selena anw yasra wiene,
I shall play a gentle melody

en chs Chronicle Key sos yor.
and turn into the Chronicle Key for you sake

Wee ki ra araus tes soare an giue mea iem.
In exchange for the sacrifice of my body, now I shall concentrate in offering this song

Was au ga whai pauwel ferda enter whou na nedle sor,
Why the power dwells and enters in the people that doesn't need it?

en whai pauwel gaunji yasra whou na cenjue sor tou zuieg.
Why the power tortures the kind people that doesn't want to fight for it?

Was au ga, aiph yos delij
If you detest...

(Chorus)
Was au ga, Diasee, Pauwee,
In this sadness, oh, Child of God, Child of Power

(Chorus)
aiph yos delij zuieg,
If you detest the fighting...

en nedle eterne falfa,
...and seek the eternal peace

slepir tes pauwel an hyzik,
I shall send to sleep your power and your body

Was ki ra, grandi en eterne slepir,
I shall concentrate in protecting you, and granting you eternal sleep

presia aterra cremia sos viuy lonfa,
Please, accept the salvation of your darkened soul

yehar lamenza der soare mea.
And let that the deep laments you have crafted be freed by my prayer

presia aterra cremia sos viuy lonfa,
Please, accept the salvation of your darkened soul

yehar lamenza der soare mea.
And let that the deep laments you have crafted be freed by my prayer

Note: This song is in a fictional language called Hymnos/Hymmnos.

That's all, and until later!

You need to contact MiKowaii and see what he thinks. Shikata is the perennial exotic-language singer but do you really know what language this is in, and subsequently based your translation on it?

Yes, I have been studying the Hymmnos language since some months back, and all my translation is based from the original Hymmnos lyrics.

And that's where the dog is buried - your translation is based of study on original Hymnos language, while my translation is based on lyrics meaning (kanji).

Some of the lines, I must admit, are much better than mine (ex.: Half of first line, second line).

There are 2 reasons why I'm reluctant about your translation:
1. Even though Hymnos was made not to be gibberish, there are doubts about it's consistency.
2. As you noted Japanese in the song "they were only in the inserts to make everyone know of the meaning of the song lyrics", which is not more, not less but the essence of translation. Thus I rather "meaning" over "study".

Though there's the thing that some lines of the japanese inserts aren't even consistent with what the Hymnos lyrics say, plus, they also leaved out the emotions out from the song.

And if you're still in doubt about the Hymnos language consistency, check down here:

Every translation leaves out emotions - being it english or japanese...

So... Hymmno Server doesn't really work on my computer, but I do see it's not fan-fiction and it is stamped by Tsuchiya Akira.

Well, this isn't japanese-english translation site, so...

You have my approvement.
