This is my all time favorite Manwha and I've infected a few people I know with it as well - it's up to the eighth volume so far, and the characters have already gone through a few make overs. It's supposed to span over 30 or 40 volumes.

So... do you even know what it is? Ever read it? If you have, who's your favorite character, and/or scene - and have you noticed the fact that some characters from Nightmare Before Christmas are in the fifth volume?

My favorite characters are Loki and Fenris. (I also love Chaos, but that goes without saying.)

If you haven't read it, I strongly recomend it.

Yeah I really like this I've read up to book 8.
Loki is my fav character! Cold and ruthless no time for fun, didn't make the connection in book 5 lol I'll have to watch that film again.

As for scene ... hmm book 3, When Skurai goes to the assasin hide out and kills them all off without any trouble.

And did Skurai get a haircut in book 8 and a gender change ? lol

skurai didn't get a gender changed. the writer decided to change everyone. so it's best to change skurai too.

EEK! I love Ragnarok! Fenris is my all time favourite character (I own the official Fenris fanlisting (http://melissa.tangypeach.net/warlock)~) I also love Chaos and Loki~

Chaos, Loki and Fenris are the best character by far, then, huh? Iris... and Lidia... they're okay, but they can get kind of annoying.

I noticed Skurai was trying to pull off a Chaos-look-alike contest with himself in V. 8

Loki is so awersome - he was just hilarious when Lidia wrapped herself around him. "Get off."

I think that's what he said, anyway.

And, for an apocolyptic Manwha, it sure is funny, isn't it?

Like when Skurai killed the Assassin's Guild.. and the guy was talking on the top of the stairs and Skurai started dancing... O_o

AND... anyone notice that Bijou has her own clothing line? At the end of five (again) you finally see her back and her name is inscribed on her clothing. o.o

naw. i didn't think skurai was pulling something off to look like chaos. i think he wants to disguise himself to befriend chaos and when the time comes he'll kill him. that's what im thinking.

I think Skurai looks much better with his short hair. Though I liked the long hair, his short hair looks a little more ominous. (Whatever, it's my opinion, anyway)

I have read it a bit. I also know a bit of norse myth, if its really based on norse myth then loki the norse god of mischief is supposed to kill chaos son of freya.Now im not sure if the manga will go word for word on the norse myth so this might not be true in the manga.

oh man, i was at suncoast today and the guy behind the counter was reading book 9 and i was like woah how did you get that. and he was like well weve got em' stocked in the back so we can release them in 2 weeks. so i talked to the guy a little more, and he refered me to some other manga's but before i checked out with my ruroni kenshin dvd's he was like just come by a few weeks before their supposed to come out and i'll sell you one before anyone else gets it :D ... now he isn't supposed to (duh...) but that guy was the biggest pimp i know so far :lol: to bad i spent all my money on those dvd's or i would have gotten it.

Don't you think Iris and Chaos make a cute couple? :wub: Loki and Fenris make a good one too. My favorite scene was when Chaos woke up from the dream he was having of that Dragon Knight naming him Choas. The part when he wakes up and Iris is staring at him. :^_^: I also like the scene when Lidia sees Loki for the 1st time. I love this Manwha probably because I love Fantasy. I wish there was more romance though. :ph34r: :o

In Volume 10 it says "After the massacre at the Assassins' Guild, Loki thought he would forever be alone. Then, in the midst of battle in Geffin, a new Assassin of the Cross has appeared." So this "new Assassin of the Cross might be her. heh heh. Man I just noticed it take 3 months for a new volume to come out. See Volume 9 comes out on Jan. 15 (even though it should come out on the 13th... it says so in TokyoPop )and the next volume comes out in April. At least 3 months! 3 Months! That's just way too long if you ask me! ugh! But I could be right about that new Assassin being that girl. :ph34r: Hey they do make a good match. :wub:

Well, I live in San Pablo. Yep right next to Richmond then comes Oakland. :blink: Well, he might end up with nieher cuz. he kinda seems like that type of Guy. lol what if he turns out to be by chance Homo? :huh: [note: has nothing against that] He does seem very friendly with Loki there. :blink: ah I dunno. Alright, for you guys who haven't checked out Ragnarok yet. Be sure to remember that your in for a long ride. B) There might possibly be 40 to 50 volumes. :o Plus the more you read it the better you can understand the story. Oh and it has Norse Myth and Fantasy. :wub:

hmmm... after I stopped looking and paying attention to Iris' new look... I finally noticed Fenris! wow OoO She looks great! :lol: -_-; I kept paying attention to Loki and Iris all that time that I forgot about Fenris. :huh: She looks very mature and patient now. Her make-over looks better than the one Iris had. ;) In my opinion I think Jin Lee Myung did way too much to Iris cuz. she doesn't look like she used to anymore. y'know you can't really tell who she is unless someone tells you. :unsure: But hey Iris is still my favorite! Without her Ragnarok would be too serious and wouldn't have room for a laugh or two. :^_^:

Yes, it is online. But you don't get to play as the main characters from the manga though. You just get to play in the Ragnarok world.
