Has anyone here seen or heard of it? If so what do you think about it? So far from what i've seen (disc one and two) is interesting. While the plot is somewhat deep, its not enough to confuse or draw you away form the series.

I saw the entire series over the summer and it is easily one of my favorite anime. The use of singing and music kind of threw me at first, but the concept made the series very unique and the characters were very deep. I easily recommed this to anyone. And hopefully they'll bring the movie state side.

most people who watch it say its the next evangelion. i also found it very entertaining. hopefully i can save up enough to buy the series soon.

I prefer NGE over RahXephon. I'm not saying RX was bad. It was actually quite nice but just had nothing to make it really special (for me). Nevertheless I recommend it.

I've always wanted to watch it, since I first heard about it. I hear many people saying that NGE is better, but I still wanna watch Rah Xephon.. I don't know, I just think i'm gonna like it alot. I might buy some dvds when i have enough money

NGE and RX, don't compare... RX more realistic than NGE.

Story of RX is better than NGE, NGE is too hard to understand, you know =D


RX isn't not much mecha anime than NGE.

RX is the ultimate mind trip next to Lain, NGE was an excellent dramatization of human interaction and self identity.

with Rah Xephon, it's a most excellent trip into the human psyche. personally, i was impressed with RX and it's ablity to keep me hooked into the story and trying to piece together the bits and parts of the story.

The action starts off great from the fist episode, and keeps on going though the whole series. There is one disk left with three shows, its a great mix of music and story telling. Its one of the best sets I have. I loaned the first two disks to a friend who thought he would not like it. He brought it back and said he realy got in to the show, which is good, because he's very picky about anime. It ranks high on the list of great anime.

ive sen a couple episodes. it seems kind of like a diff. version of evangelion. its played on anime network, or on on demand if u have comcast digital cable.

It can be realy easyly compared to NGE, the main chars in both series are very similar!

Is that meant to be a good thing?
Wathcing the same anime is sad, whats even sadder is that they knew what they were doing and TRIED to make Rah xephon different to cover up their own faults in originality.
I really see no difference in this plaguarism of an already bad anime ( yes fools NGE was bad but thats another story for another day)

This anime was filled with foolish psycho babble and and a non original plot with lacklustre action scenes with once again a predictable foe and an over used conspiracy.
It makes me wonder why they did it in the first place?

I have only seen the first and second DVDs of Rahxephon, and I really enjoy it. It's already one of my favorites.

PS:
Does anyone know the name of the third Dolem shown in Rahxephon (the one that attacks the submarine in the third or fourth episode)? I'm just curious, that's all.

I've only seen the first episode yet and it was very nice, i like it.Not just the plot the characters are great and so are the songs.Now I'm just looking forward to the next episode(i'm curious about Megu and Ayato whats going on with these two)If someone know please do tell..

I have the entire series on dvd ( I dunno why i decided to get it, but i thought it looked pretty cool, and so i got it).....all i can say is that is original, and fun to watch, my friends and i watched a marathon of it at my friends house in surround sound....its very nice like that......

RX is good, but Evangelion is better. RX has a great story. But Evangelion bases its story in human Religion.
