Help on Two Lines

UGH. I still can't translate lyrics completely :/. What's up with all this poetic Japanese?!

もう真昼の太陽が正午過ぎの猥談
ビルはシラけないように笑った

人混み分けて這うように
逃げ腰ぎみの回覧
君が遠くで僕を呼んだんだそうだ

A couple specific questions:
-What the heck is シラ?
-"逃げ腰ぎみの回覧" = Escape from what kind of circulation o_O?

These were the only lines that made absolutely no sense to me.

シラけないように = 白けないように = not to lose excitement
"白ける"
= to lose excitement, cheer or enthusiasm.

逃げ腰ぎみの回覧 = somewhat timidly, circulating and seeing (something) together

"逃げ腰" (literally "a waist to run away")
= a motion. Bend your knees and back slightly. keep looking forward and hips lower.
Or stop your motion while you stand up. That's 逃げ腰.
Often seen when he/she really wants to run away but must stay.

"**** ぎみの"
= a postfix word means "being ***** halfway" or "having tendency to be ****".

"回覧"
circulation of a document or an item (especially to share information on it)

Even I am Jp speaker, I feel ??? when I read this lyrics.
Many words are omitted. Only ASIAN KUNG-FU guys know it.
