I wish I had noticed this one before someone went and submitted a translation for it. First of all, the lyrics are only the TV size version, and second of all... both the romaji and translation are pretty much just bad.

Here are the full versions of both the translation and romaji. If you'd like me to write about the corrections made to the first half of the translation (since that's all that's currently on the site) I'll do so, seeing as the translation was submitted pretty recently.

Lalala laalaalaa, How wonderful
Lalala laalaalaa, that line of characters
lalalaa, it's, lalalaa,
It's...
<<O>><<NE>><<E>><<SA>><<N>>!

I fall it love so easily, I know!
My heart overflows in large drops
To the point there's no place for my feet to stand!

I'm not a trifling person, even though I appear that way
Even though they laugh at the things I do
I, for me, I, for me, I have my dream
for me!

That's right,
Lalala laalaalaa, How wonderful, Lalala,
Laalaalaa, the sound of that word!
lalalaa, It's, lalalaa, It's...
<<O>><<NE>><<E>><<SA>><<N>>!

Rejection hurts, I know!
My heart is weakening and withering
To the point I can do nothing but laugh!

Even though I seem to be a man that doesn't learn
Even though they laugh at me like I were a clown
I, for me, I, for me, I have my dream
for me!

That's right,
Lalala laalaalaa, How wonderful, Lalala,
Laalaalaa, the sound of that word!
Lalala laalaalaa, How wonderful, Lalala,
Laalaalaa, It's my paradise!
lalalaa, It's, lalalaa, It's...
<<O>><<NE>><<E>><<SA>><<N>>!

That's right,
Lalala laalaalaa, How wonderful, Lalala,
Laalaalaa, the sound of that word!
Lalala laalaalaa, How wonderful, Lalala,
Laalaalaa, It's my paradise!
lalalaa, It's, lalalaa, It's...
<<O>><<NE>><<E>><<SA>><<N>>!

Looks like the site's treating those in the brackets like HTML tags... so I'mma have to change them to the character entities laquo and raquo.

EDIT: lawl since the default page encoding (especially for translated lyrics iirc...) is Shift-JIS this:
«O»«NE»«E»«SA»«N»!
doesn't work, unless you change the page encoding to Western (like most of the pages with those troublesome latin-styled characters). But I'll leave it unless you insist on fixing em and replacing those with two pairs of the entities lt and gt instead.

I didn't think about that. :banghead:

I'm not gonna insist on anything, but I wouldn't mind if the <<>> were changed to parenthesis or to something like O-NE-E-SA-N. The way it is now looks kinda funky on my computer, even when I change the encoding settings.

But it's up to you if you want to go to the trouble. Obviously the website isn't made for the sole purpose of looking pretty for me. :p

Yea, should probably do something like that since what's important is what's sung after all, judging from my own translit fundamentals.

Alright, so I think I'll go with

O-NE-E-SA-N

Thanks. :D
