Shot my first roll of film with a SLR camera today, shame the film isn't that cheap as digital in the long run and is so tedious to scan. 85/1.8 is much much more fun on film than it is on 1.6x crop digital.
All shots were made with EF 85/1.8 or 50/1.8 lenses wide-open (or near) on Kodak Gold 200.

I really like the ambiance in the pictures. The second is my favorite. Metal, rust and nature always make a good comination ;]

SLR's are fun to work with, though getting the perfect shot is hard.

Last one is pretty simple, yet amazing. lol, awesome depth there, I could never get my camera to get such nice blur *curses automatic focus finder*

You need to get a decent fast prime :p though film has even less depth of field than most DSLR's, which is why it is fun if you can't afford a full-frame DSLR.

the third one is amazing. do you develop your film yourself?

i love film much better than digital. there's such a quality in them that you just cant get with digital.
