Slow dancing at Columbus Circle

So just happened across this scene tonight. Someone was playing classical dance music, and maybe about 18 couples were slow dancing to it, in the middle of Columbus Circle (if you watch CNN, you can often see it behind the anchors). I don't know how it got organized initially, but people would be joining the dance, and others would leave, so it seemed a fairly organic sort of thing.

Just something I found rather cool.

Ah it looks magical! I love seeing old people together (what that says about me I have no idea.) I wonder how they got so many people to come.

Heh not all of the dancers were old O_o; and they probably just started playing, and someone started dancing, and others joined in. It often works like that.
