I think it might be from Togainu no Chi or something by Nitro+CHiRAL. try asking a Yaoi/BL fan for confirmation. ^^;

EDIT: I just checked around the net for a bit. Yep, that's Gunzi from the PC game called "Togainu no Chi" (it's a BL game)
